I ordered a product but sadly it was running late, after 9 months of being late I asked for a refund. I've given 4 stars because they got confused what they were actually refunding me and kept telling me no. When they realised what I was actually asking to be refunded, to their credit they processed it and refunded within 2 days.

I hope you are ready to wait years for product
I ordered a table and accessories over 27 months ago. 27 MONTHS! I just got the accessories today and there is zero instructions included. I think they want to punish even more beyond the longest wait ever for a product by making us guess how to install. Save yourself a headache and avoid this terrible company altogether

Ordered a gamefold table from these guys and they took the money in Feb 25, with a delivery date of May 25-ish. Tarriffs provided a perfect smoke screen for them. They claimed to have fulfilled all US orders by Dec 25 (they didn't) Then the excuses ran out and now they have chosen silence and non-response to questions. Here we are a year and a half down the line. No refunds are being issued, as per their predatory policy. No updates on fulfillment, and even if there were, I wouldn't believe them. Stupidly while I was still had faith i ordered some maps from them...same result. Took the money and offer nothing. I implore anybody sceptical of their poor image on this site...just google them, I'm shocked they still even operate given their widespread, abysmal reputation.

I ordered one of their gaming tables. Six month later, $500 paid and no product. Every time I query they send the same canned answer "I’m really sorry this has taken so long. I understand how frustrating the wait has been, and I appreciate your continued patience. Shipments have started going out, and tracking will continue to roll out as orders are packed and handed off to carriers. Your order remains in the priority queue, and tracking will be sent as soon as it is packed and handed off to the carrier. If you have not received tracking yet, there is nothing else you need to do at this time. It is still moving through the fulfillment process." Avoid like the plague. You'll never see your product or you money.
