My case broke within days
My case broke within days, I contacted the email on their website and they told me they’d be sending out a replacement, Thom told me to email him when it arrived. It never did, so I asked if it had tracking. No response. It’s been months (since April), and I’ve emailed them several times asking for updates with no response. 😭 I’m still hoping they’ll reach out.

I received my Yellow Jacket case over a year ago. Let me tell you that this has given me outstanding piece of mind! As someone who is being stalked, having this extremely efficient and accessible defensive tool not only gives me the confidence to no longer feel like a victim, but has given me a confidence I thought I lost when I garnered unwanted attention. That is priceless. Thom Buck and the team at Stingray Yellow Jacket are the best group of people in the tactical retail group. Their customer service is amazing! If you have a question or need anything they are prompt, kind and truly care! These cases will give you the precious time to get away if you ever do encounter an issue. Also, these cases are powerful enough that just letting someone know you carry it will make them think twice; if they don’t? Well let’s just say I wouldn’t want to get hit by this stunner. If you don’t want to carry a gun- like me- this is what you need. I recommend using this company because they care about people and safety Thom Buck and his team have decades of experience in the field and they have designed an amazing product as a result.

I've been a Yellow Jacket costumer for 2 years now , I've got no complaints about the case its both powerful and reliable. Although i had to contract the support team twice , the first time the case wouldn't dry fire Hannah was very understanding and arranged a replacement for me for free. The second time the case wouldn't charge and the representative i got though this time Thom was again very kind and professional in resolving my issue. I've seen many people complain on the reviews about retrieving newsletter , requests to review ect. Im pretty sure that if you don't want to retrieve newsletter you can always unsubscribe or not register in the first place. Conclusion. Im both very happy with the case and with the company itself.
