Best staying away from Yource Group (Bulgaria and Greece)
My experience with Yource was one of the most disappointing employment experiences I have ever had. I was approached by a recruiter while I was still living in Belgium and was offered a position that required me to relocate to Greece. During the recruitment process, the opportunity was presented as an exciting step forward. However, once I accepted the offer and began the relocation process, I quickly realized that I was largely on my own. Despite relocating internationally for this job, I received no meaningful support with the move itself. There was no assistance with temporary accommodation, no housing support, no relocation package, and no guidance with the administrative and legal processes required to settle and work in Greece. Everything, from finding a place to live to handling the paperwork, had to be arranged and paid for by myself. The lack of support became even more apparent when I encountered housing difficulties shortly after starting the job. Like many people relocating to a new country without an established support network, I found myself in a difficult situation and needed access to the salary I had already earned in order to secure stable accommodation and continue working. I had already completed the work and was entitled to be paid for those days. I explained my circumstances and asked whether there was any possibility of flexibility or assistance. The answer was effectively no. I was told to wait until the normal payroll cycle, even though that meant waiting almost another month for money I had already earned. In my view, this demonstrated a complete lack of understanding of the realities faced by employees who relocate internationally for a job. The consequences were severe. Without access to my earned wages and without any support from the company, I ended up in an extremely unstable living situation. Since the role was fully remote, maintaining a suitable working environment became nearly impossible. When I raised my concerns, I was advised to work from a friend's home. Wanting to keep my job and continue performing my duties, I drove several hours to stay with a friend and create a stable workspace. Instead of receiving support or appreciation for making every effort to continue working under difficult circumstances, I was dismissed shortly afterwards. What disappointed me most was not a single decision, but the overall attitude. Throughout my experience, I felt that employees were treated as resources rather than people. There seemed to be very little consideration for individual circumstances, especially for someone who had uprooted their life and moved countries to work for the company. Relocating for an employer requires trust. Employees invest their time, money, and personal security when they move to another country for work. In return, I believe employers should demonstrate at least some level of responsibility, communication, and empathy when challenges arise. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Yource. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering a relocation-based position with this company to ask very detailed questions about relocation assistance, housing support, onboarding, payroll flexibility, and employee welfare before accepting an offer. I wish I had done the same.

Fijne recruiter! Echt een topper… maar … mij. Klik gesprek??? What happened?! Ik sprak en man die vanaf t begin iets tegen mij had, of misschien al een voorkeur had voor een ander. Hij deed niet de moeite om naar mij te luisteren, was erg kortaf en ongezellig. Er wordt gezegd dat houding belangrijk voor ze is al helemaal omdat ze voor een bank te ruiten…. Maar dit sloeg nergens op! Mijn recruiter schrok er zelf van dat het gesprek volgens hem niet “soepel” genoeg ging. Ook had hij een slecht gevoel bij mij omdat ik volgens hem te weinig van mezelf heb laten zien…. Deze man heeft geen een keer gelachen ofzo… dikke duim voor Yource !

Zeer onprofessioneel
Zeer onprofessioneel en niet organiseerde bedrijf! Ze beloven bepaalde soort contract, aan het einde compleet andere condities op contract. Toen heb ik gezegd dat was niet wat afgesproken was door het gesprek. Doen als of je kan beginnen, en dan zeggen ze het 1 dag van te voren af.

Net 3 weken bezig en ontslaan omdat ik…
Net 3 weken bezig en ontslaan omdat ik ander werk zocht wat al wettelijk is en tegen men interim zeggen ze wat anders de teamleader van luminus en iedereen mag weten wat voor vals iemand jij bent me in de voormiddag bij u roepen ik kan u niet ontslaan omdat je ziek bent geweest en 2 uur erna me ontslaan omdat de klik er niet was, werd er gezegd aan men interim ja ik ben geen kindje van 12 jaar dat zo vals is en liegt zoals jij tuurlijk is de klik er niet dan. De ceo zou beter eens weten hoe jij in elkaar zit, beetje teveel noten op je zang en hoe jij doet tegen de medewerkers zo onrespectvol zeggen als ze niet dit of dat dan dat je ze niet zal betalen. En willen opvallen omdat je vakbondsafgevaardigde bent, proficiat 👏🏻 je zou het niet zeggen want dan zou je niet zeggen dat men contract niet verlengd word wegens dat ik actief zoek voor ander werk misschien moet je eens goed kijken wat de wetten zijn omhoog gevallen valse kat.
