Record Collector magazine
Ordered a Record Collector magazine on 11th July. Heard nothing for two weeks so I chased it up. I was told that a ‘shipment had gone missing’ and that another shipment was on its way. Three weeks after ordering, I was told that my magazine had been passed to their delivery agent, Evri. It took Evri a week to actually deliver it after sending me various conflicting and not met delivery slots. In the meantime, I’d ordered the magazine from another outlet and it was delivered within 48 hours of ordering. I contacted Your Celebrity magazines saying that due to their poor service and slow delivery, I wanted them to collect the magazine for return and refund. I was told that I would have to pay for the return postage myself and that I would not be refunded for the delivery postage. They have declined to respond to my most recent email. Avoid!

Great customer service
Great customer service. My package got lost in the mail and I reached out to customer service who worked with the carrier to confirm it was lost and then sent me a new one. I appreciate the great service and support.

It's been almost two weeks
It's been almost two weeks, my magazine still didnt come and im getting weird mails. One mail says it's already in my country, the other that it just shipped from the original country, another that it's getting ready for shipping. Looks like a scam, I paid 40 euro for the magazine and shipping. Im really hoping this will be resolved Edit: it came today and its super pretty, tho the shipping of it was very stressful due to the not consisted mails Another late edit cause I forgot to add, no one contacted me and the magazine has some dirt in a few places
