Great support team!
Great support team!! I’ve seen a lot of people praise their support team, and it’s true! They responded extremely fast, and resolved the problem in a breeze. I accidentally shipped a figure to the wrong address, and by simply emailing them the info they needed, they fixed it!

Amazing service and company!
The website has a massive variety of merchandise from all sorts of franchises, so there's something for everyone! Website is also very informative when it comes to updates regarding your pre-order and delivery status. As for my personal experience with customer service I have nothing but amazing things to say! My situation was complex and the customer service team went above and beyond in making sure everything went smoothly and myself getting the order. Very kind and caring people working for customer service and I wouldn't recommend them enough! Amazing website, service and team! 10/10

Their customer service sucks
Their customer service sucks. I have yet to receive any kind of information about my order despite them saying they were working on it. They don't update you when their estimated wait time changes for your order. I will never make another purchase with this company.

Great customer service
Repeat customer at Youtooz. Recently ran into an issue where a couple items didn't come with online redeemable codes. Youtooz customer support was able to quickly rectify my inquiry. Looking forward to purchasing from them again.

Great customer service! I ordered the postal dude pre order item and needed to change the address, they got back to me within 20-30 minutes of sending the request email! So helpful and kind, will order again😊
