2026 Plan changes caused messy upgrades, leaving old non-AI teams in the dark.
Great app, but they just doubled the pricing for the Team plan (we have 5 users), and no way to downgrade. Our bill went from $302/yr to $620/yr with absolutely no warning about the increase unless you clicked into their little blog post about it, instead of being upfront in the email. If you were on a Team plan (now called 'Collaborate') your options are to eat the 102% price increase; that's it. The 'Create' plan doesn't support teams. All in the name of 'hey, we have AI now so we're going double the price to account for the AI costs' - my screenshot tool doesn't need AI to tell users what my screenshot is. You've lost a 5yr long loyal customer with a very messy plan migration and lack of transparency in the change. But it's okay, you probably don't care about my $300 if you can get more Enterprise customers that's all that matters. F the smaller companies, right? Also, for anyone reading who already paid for their yearly contract before June but was billed again in June, make sure you reach out to support for a refund. They violated their own terms of service by charging you for the plan change in June.

Scam company
Scam company I bought a month to try it out. When I found that the software was too buggy for me, I decided to cancel. Then I found out that they had charged for a whole year and not one month. They have no way to contact support, only a AI chatbot that can't do anything. Stay way

I've used this daily for years.
I use this daily and have been using it since it was known as CloudApp. It's perfect for screenshots, both video and still. It's a great tool for explaining something to tech support or just capturing interesting things that you find online.
