BE AWARE FAULTY, DISPENSING TUBES
BE AWARE, THIS COMPANY SELLS MEDICATION’S THAT ARE IN DEFECTIVE TUBES. YOU DISPENSE MEDICATION, AND THE MEDICATION KEEPS POURING OUT OF THE TUBE. I THINK THEY DO THIS SO THAT YOU HAVE TO BUY MORE. WHAT A TERRIBLE COMPANY.

Beware. Nothing good about this company
Opened a box of 3 Privation Plus only to find 2 empty satchels. Refuse to replace or refund. Nothing but thieves if you ask me. For the ridiculous prices they charge I’ll be going to another brand they don’t handle, even if I have to import myself Will never purchase another product that is connected to these idiots

Zoetis has sealed their fate....
Their product almost sealed the fate of my dog giving her a severe adverse reaction. My vet reached out to Zoetis who said they would cover the "cost of the vet visit." Vet visit #1 was to get their garbage product injected into my dog. Vet visit #2 was to take my dog to another vet for a "what's going on visit," in another city = $$$ They paid for the 2nd visit, not the shot or the 1st visit which was all as a result of Zoetis, and to top it all off, it took 3 months for Zoetis to "send a cheque" to the 2nd vet because that vet would not pay out without the Zoetis cheque. I hope that Zoetis reads this note and 100% completely understands that "bad word" travels at the speed of light to "good word". Ensure that your vet does not use Zoetis on your pet.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I have tried for 3 years to submit various invoices. My invoice matches exactly with the drop-down menu product on their website and they ALWAYS reject it. When I lost my card, they said twice they would mail a new one and never did.

VERGOGNATEVI VERAMENTE. La vostra mission è il benessere degli animali... Ed è la terza volta in un anno che un vostro prodotto "vibravet pasta 10%" va fuori commercializzazione ed è impossibile trovarlo in tutta Italia. Sono costretto ad utilizzare questo prodotto perché non ci sono alternative per l'antibiotico, e mi serve per la mia gatta di 20 anni, a mo' di sostegno terapia a fine vita. Come la mettiamo?
