I purchased Black Oud fragrance which…
I purchased Black Oud fragrance which on application, I found somewhat weaker than I would have preferred. I relayed my observation and disappointment to Lady at Zousz customer services. She emailed me virtually straightaway and offered the Gold Oud spray as replacement free of charge which she promised would be more to my preference. I was pleasantly surprised by the offer and the quick response from Lady at customer services. Five stars for their customer service. Let's hope the Gold Oud is as good (for me) as suggested.

One thing I would love to share that one of the product I didn’t like it and the LADY sent me fully refund and complementary second option to my standard . I would recommend now and give 💯

Small bottle, big scent
My order turned up very quickly and the presentation of the item was great. Despite the appearance of a small bottle the scent packs a big punch and when combined with a complimenting shower gel and body butter it completes the overall scent. Would buy again when needed. Customer service are also responsive when contacted and a great help with any questions regarding orders and other available products.

I ordered 3 black oud and paid £105
I ordered 3 black oud and paid £105, I received only 2. I called all the various contacts numbers and every one of these numbers dont work. This is very suspicious and left me regretting that I purchased their products. Their base is in covent garden and I will pay a visit and expose their dishonesty- I ask myself why there is no one to speak with despite multiple contact numbers that dont work- dodgy, they should be careful....im coming to them.... I just spoke to the founder, he called me back and I regret what I just posted- i explained to the founder and he was very understanding- he will send me the missing item today- he was very reassuring and I will continue to purchase zousz product because I love them. My sincere apology, I take it back- i usually buy expensive oud perfumes - but zousz is worth every penny and love the brand..give me more
