They send the products very quickly and the tea is good quality. The only down side is having to email for support and support can be somewhat lacking.

Love the Taste
I just started grinding my coffee beans. And it makes a difference in taste. But this coffee taste great. Love the flavor. Its worth the extra steps to grind the coffee beans. It just makes the coffee taste better. Was surprised at the low price. And the shipping was fast. This will be the closest I get to any Geisha coffee. I was just surprised that the 16oz is split into three bags. I have found my favorite coffee.

Truly Wonderful Tea
I've been ordering from Adagio now for well nearly 15 years. Consistently excellent tea with a great breadth of product. In the US, I don't think there are any online tea shops that even come close to competing. Irish Breakfast and Black Dragon Pearls are personal favorites, but many excellent products to choose from. I also find the loyalty program offers a great rebate to customers.

Customer support team first class after I received part of an order. They were prompt with responses. Courteous and very helpful and managed to support me and demonstrate that the company was clearly wanting to ensure that I received the best service they could give me. Love their teas especially their Christmas Tea that I drink all year round!
