Great quick response and resolved easily
We didn’t even realise there was an issue until the app told me. Dan spoke to me on the phone over the bank holiday weekend and explained to me what to do until he could get to us the next day. Dan visited us the next day and resolved the issue. Thanks Dan 👍

Thanks to Aira, and particularly Medy, who responded promptly to my email. Daniel Knowles then came out and quickly resolved the issue I was having with a couple of radiators. Daniel was friendly, efficient and polite throughout. I really appreciated the prompt and helpful service.

Abbiamo avuto finora un ottima esperienza in tutte le fasi, dai primi contatti per fissare i sopralluoghi conoscitivi, che sono stati rapidi e molto professionali, alla prima verifica delle nostre esigenze con Luca, che ha presentato molto dettagliatamente la natura dei prodotti forniti dall'azienda per l'efficientamento energetico, confermando quanto di buono avevamo già intuito su Aira dalla nostra pregressa conoscenza acquisita coi canali pubblicitari standard. Luca Ferrante ha prodotto così la prima stima di preventivo, ed in seguito ha avviato coordinato, secondo le nostre esigenze (dato che la nostra iniziativa scaturiva dalla necessità di fare importanti lavorazioni al tetto di casa), la strategia degli approfondimenti da condurre con i tecnici, ingegneri e termotecnici di Aira, Enrico e Denisi, che hanno così stimato i risultati dell'efficientamento sia per quanto riguarda l'installazione della pompa di calore sia per l'impianto fotovoltaico. Abbiamo così avuto perfezionamenti del primo preventivo, che sono stati accettati proprio come il primo, con la massima trasparenza e chiarezza possibile, e a questo punto della nostra esperienza siamo giunti al completamento della prima porzione di lavori, cioè l'installazione e l'avvio della pompa di calore. I due tecnici installatori, Christian e Mamadou, sono stati incredibili, dal momento che sono riusciti in tre giorni ad eseguire l'installazione di tutto l'impianto pronosticata inizialmente in quattro. E l'hanno fatto nonostante nel mio terrazzo io non avessi ancora la disponibilità del vano tecnico in muratura che avrebbe dovuto contenere boiler, l'unità interna, tutti gli allacci idraulici e del gas, il quadro elettrico e il serbatorio piccolo, oltre naturalmente alla pompa di calore stessa. Dato che la nostra esigenza era quella di contenere quanto più possibile questo impianto, sono stati in grado di realizzarlo in uno spazio piccolissimo attorno al quale faremo poi realizzare il vano di contenimento tecnico. L'ampia professionalità dei tecnici, che hanno dovuto quindi risolvere una serie di problematiche di natura idraulica ed elettrica, non conoscendo naturalmente nulla del nostro impianto, ma regolandosi con incredibile velocità, è stata superata solo dalla cortesia con cui lo hanno fatto. Ci mancano ancora parti importanti del lavoro, che sono quelle che riguardano l'installazione dell'impianto fotovoltaico, ma fino ad ora mi sento di assegnare il massimo della valutazione per ogni aspetto. Aira è una compagnia che funziona a meraviglia, hanno evidentemente molti comparti, commerciali e tecnici, che lavorano perfettamente assieme, con una comunicazione rapidissima, estremamente seria e con un attenzione alle esigenze del cliente inappuntabile. Nella prossima recensione al termine del lavoro potrò anche esprimermi sul sistema di controllo da remoto dell'impianto, che a queste prime battute mi sembra piuttosto avanzato, ma fino a qui siamo totalmente soddisfatti.

I've been genuinely very impressed with Aira from start to finish. Lewis conducted the original basic quote and was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about Heat Pumps generally. He was also very responsive in the weeks after, when I had further questions after two quotes from other companies. This is partly what made me decide to go for Aira. The full survey was also thorough and the expert was able to fully explain why Aira was confident I could get away with a smaller Heat Pump. Iain T, Daniel K and Oli H were the three fitters this last week. They were so polite and friendly. They worked hard, but were quiet, thorough and efficient. Again they were so helpful in answering the questions we asked. And didn't complain about the 27 steps up to our house! I couldn't recommend Aira enough.
