This is the 2nd time I have reordered…
This is the 2nd time I have reordered the Answr products. I have found their products just excellent and so much cheaper than having your hair straightened at the hairdresses. The quality of their products are so good so pleased ive found this company. The order was quick too and well packed

Frizz free holiday hair
This is the first time I’ve ever been able to wear my hair down on holiday due to not having my usual problems with frizz and humidity. Answr has been an absolute game changer for me. I’m even able to let my hair air dry sometimes. It has stopped my battles with fighting the frizz, and I’ve tried every other product going.

Absolutely. Here’s a polished version that still sounds genuine rather than overly formal: I absolutely love ANSWR products and used them to do my hair again today. I’ve been using them for the past couple of years and have always been really pleased with the results. Today was also the first time I needed to contact their customer service team, and I was equally impressed. Their system had retained an old work address from a previous order and unfortunately changed the delivery address I currently have registered with PayPal. I contacted customer service as soon as I realised what had happened, and they responded quickly, rectified the issue immediately and got everything resolved for me. It’s always reassuring when a company’s customer service is every bit as good as its products. Excellent service today and very much appreciated. I'd give that a **five-star review** based on what you've described — particularly because they corrected the problem promptly once you contacted them.
