Good customer service, but disappointed with the product
The staff and customer service at Arc have been fine and helpful, so I have no complaints there. Unfortunately, the product itself hasn't lived up to my expectations. The case does protect the phone from major damage, and I appreciate that my iPhone 17 has avoided more serious damage from drops. However, I've noticed a lot of artificial scratches and scuffing along the sides of the phone, with the aluminium appearing to be peeling/wearing away. I've also ended up with some dings around the buttons from drops, which I did expect the case to provide better protection against. Another major disappointment is the case itself deteriorating over time. I have the silver Arc case, and after a while it started developing streaks and marks that make it look old, worn and quite ugly. It's been less than a year yet it looks nothing like it did when it was new. The finish has lost the clean appearance it originally had and now is more rusty, which is particularly frustrating for a case at this price point. What makes all of this particularly disappointing is the price of the case. For something that costs as much as Arc does, I expected a much higher level of protection and a product that would continue to look and perform like a premium case over time. Seeing this much cosmetic damage on an expensive phone, while the case itself also becomes worn and unattractive, makes it difficult to justify the price. I understand that a case like this can't protect a phone from absolutely everything, and the Arc case has definitely prevented serious damage. However, considering the price and how the case is positioned, I feel slightly misled about how comprehensive and long-lasting the product would be. It's a shame because the case does have its strengths, and the customer service has been good, but for the price, I genuinely expected much more. I'll probably be switching back to a regular case for my next phone.

I paid way too much for this protector
I paid way too much for this protector. I loved it at first. But it was 170+CAD and I had to pay import fees. So this was a 200+ case. After just over a year of use (I mean literally just over a year) the “rose” has worn off from the bottom bumper and is now brassy/silver in spots. It looks so cheap and awful. I reached out and sent photos and they tried to tell me that this is “patina” - omg I laughed out loud. Patina is the new word for overpriced crappy coated metal. I will come back here and change my review if they actually fix this. But I would not recommend ordering a colour. I’m shocked that at this price they don’t care more about how their product will wear. I wish I had read other reviews from people who weren’t just excited about their shiny new toy like I was after three months.

I’m very disappointed with the customer…
I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I contacted support regarding my order and a specific question about a 50% discount, but I have not received any response despite following up multiple times. It is frustrating to be left without an answer when I’m simply trying to get clarification about my order. I expected much better communication and support. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, I can only give 1 star.
