Total utter waste of time
I have liked dozens and barely ever at all get liked back. Most of those who like me I cannot see. I only get approached by those totally unattractive to me. Some of my posts were blocked for reasons totally unclear. I actually experienced being hounded by a woman who not only was mean in our interactions but when I asked her to stop she then even went as far as openly attacking me in a group! I took part in a tv show and was matched with a woman which was totally inappropriate in my view. I am sporty she massively over weight. The film belittled me I felt really embarrassed. Then the staff reacted to my post about it making belittling comments. The app staff promised me premium access for taking part in the film which never happened in spite of reminders. There are few Catholics I do think many are Christian but for me it has been a total waste of time.

would have loved to share my review but I never for to use the app because the verification doesn't go through within the 24 hours they promise and customer service never replied to queries. it's insane that this app is catered to Christians yet is trading people with such disrespect 🤯

As a survivor of domestic abuse I am writing this review not as a user…
I am writing this review not as a user of SALT Dating, but as a survivor of alleged domestic abuse and as the founder of survivor-support organisations. Material involving a female SALT user — including screenshots of her image and private conversation — was sent to me in circumstances connected to my alleged abuser. This material subsequently became relevant to serious safeguarding concerns and legal proceedings, including a non-molestation order. Related matters have also been reported to the appropriate authorities. I have contacted SALT directly because I believe there are important safeguarding questions that need to be addressed. I have also invited the founder to speak with me over Zoom. As a Christian organisation, I would expect safeguarding, accountability, compassion and a willingness to listen when serious concerns are raised. Based solely on my personal experience of trying to raise these concerns, I have been deeply disappointed with SALT’s response and safeguarding approach. I am not asking SALT to determine guilt or innocence, nor am I making allegations against the female user whose material was shared with me. My concern is about how a Christian dating platform responds when it is alerted to circumstances in which its platform or users’ content may intersect with alleged domestic abuse, harassment or safeguarding concerns. I remain willing to meet with SALT’s leadership — virtually or in person — to sit around a table, share food, pray together and have a constructive conversation about what happened and what could be improved. Until these concerns are meaningfully addressed, I will continue to speak publicly and truthfully about the safeguarding failings that I believe I personally experienced when I approached SALT. Survivors deserve to be heard. Women using dating platforms deserve robust safeguarding. And Christian organisations should be willing to have difficult conversations when concerns are brought them

I have tried to contact salt through…
I have tried to contact salt through the ai support service not getting anywhere . I reluctantly subscribed to what it brought was a years subscription spread over a 12 month period. I checked my bank account and the took out full years £129.00 . This is not right it is very misleading and left me having to financially balances my finances it shows £120 approx a heat with the amount being £11:00 how can this be confusing! When I pressed selected option it did does not an ask confirmation. It takes the money out straight away . They do not get back to you . I have cancelled my subscription and would like a refund . If anyone has the complaints contact details or an email address, please advise . Thank you .
