The item was delivered on time, good communication via email, the shoes were as described unique in design & comfortable to wear. Delivered in a shoe box with attention to detail.

Ordering is great, customer service is so so poor!
There is no doubt that Belle Divino sell beautiful, quality clothes. I came across the website by chance, looking for Compania Fantastica clothing. The pricing is excellent, so I placed an order of over £200, for holiday clothing. The ordering and delivery process was fantastic, and the order arrived within a couple of days. One item was missing, and this took a voicemail and a couple of emails to get a resolution to this. Trying on the clothes, there are 3 items for return. I returned the items, and they arrived back on 4th August. These items come to around £90. I am still waiting for a refund, which is totally unacceptable to me, particularly as it cost £9+ with appropriate cover. I have left a very detailed voicemail, asking for a follow-up call with no response. I have also sent 2 emails, again with no response. I go away in the next few days, and I would have expected those funds to have been available for my holiday spends. I am now furious! I know I would've purchased more, but can't take the risk in case I need to return anything, or there is an issue with the order. I am so disappointed with this company. The customer service is pretty non-existant, I'm sad to say!
