Told me I had hepatitis a within 5 minutes of doing a blood draw. I am a nursing student and we get tested every 6 months. I read previous reviews of similar stories but didn’t take it serious. They had a promotion for 1790 and then told me I had to pay double once my surgery started. They left me with so many bold spots once I argued about the extra Money I had to pay because they had to harvest from different body parts. Now my hair is a joke. The amount of bald spots is ridiculous.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. We travelled internationally for my husband’s hair transplant after a consultation where we specifically chose FUE. Despite this, when we arrived we were told FUE wasn’t available and a different procedure would cost an additional €400. He then had an in-person consultation before starting, where we were told beard grafts were required for another €300. Halfway through the procedure, we were then told he needed additional grafts from his legs and would have to pay another €300. Having unexpected costs and treatment changes introduced while the procedure was already underway was extremely distressing. We also paid €190 for sedation, which did not work at all due to problems with the IV cannula. The cannula was leaking and blood was dripping out without staff initially noticing, causing my husband to become dizzy. The driver transporting us to the clinic was also falling asleep while driving on the highway, with our baby in the vehicle. We had to wake him because we were genuinely concerned for our safety. Unfortunately, we are also unhappy with the result. My husband’s hairline is uneven, asymmetrical and appears crooked. Despite raising all of these concerns, we feel they have not been properly addressed. We travelled across the world and put a huge amount of trust in this clinic. Instead, we left feeling misled, pressured and extremely disappointed. We would absolutely NOT recommend this clinic. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this clinic

READ THIS BEFORE YOU COME HERE
I had a hair transplant at this clinic 12 months ago. Unfortunately, the results have been extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, I was promised 5,500–6,000 grafts and a full, dense result. I waited the full 12 months for the final results and also used two commonly recommended hair-loss treatments, Minoxidil and Finasteride, but the outcome remains very poor. If you look at the post-operation photo, you can see areas of my scalp where the grafts appear to be insufficient, with significant areas of visible scalp which suggest insufficient grafts The 12-month post operation photo is even more concerning. There is still significant scalp showing, with very little coverage or density. Based on the result, I have serious doubts that the number of grafts promised to me were actually transplanted. I have also spoken with medical professionals who told me that the result does not appear consistent with a transplant of 5,500–6,000 grafts. Of course, I cannot independently verify the exact number of grafts that were implanted, which is why I am sharing the photos and my experience for others to judge for themselves. Most importantly, I contacted the clinic and asked them to address the problem, either by correcting the transplant or providing a refund. Unfortunately, they did not respond to my message. I have attached screenshots/photos as evidence of my attempt to contact them. I am sharing this review because I do not want anyone else to make the same decision without knowing about my experience. Please look carefully at the photographs and make your own judgment rather than relying only on the clinic's promises or advertising. If the clinic responds to this review, I encourage anyone reading it to compare their response with the photographs and the evidence I have provided. I am simply documenting what I was promised, what happened, the results I received after 12 months, and my attempts to resolve the matter directly with the clinic. I am also considering taking further legal action to address my concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this clinic do extensive research, seek an independent medical opinion, and carefully consider the risks before proceeding. First picture is the post operation transplant where you can see the insufficient grafts The second picture is today which is about 12 months post operation you can see the poor density and coverage. the other photos are evidence of what I was promised and how they did not reply to me after reaching out to them I have attached the actual certificate from the clinic proving that I went there and did the surgery.
