Arnaque!!! Commande jamais livrée à mon domicile (soit disant livrée dans une autre ville dans un autre département). Puis indiquée retournée à l’expéditeur. Notification de remboursement avec retenue de 10€ soit disant pour la logistique… je ne suis pas la seule d’après les avis. Il s’agit donc bien d’une escroquerie.

Ne surtout pas acheter chez eux, retour payant et en plus payent si on fait marche arrière plus de 15€ de plus pour une pointure trop petite Je déconseille fortement se site faut qu’il coule ces voleurs bandes de creuvure!!!

Ha salido mal todo porqué el pedido no ha Llegado, despues de 12 dias compruebo a través de Correos (voy personalmente a preguntar) y me dicen que el pedido no ha salido de la empresa, simplemente está en "preadmisión". Solo me Hacen @ para decir mentiras. Suerte que pagué por PayPal y me devolvieron el importe. Un desastre de empresa

My experience with Billowy has been extremely disappointing. I first ordered the Malibu Arena Beige sandals, size 40, but they arrived in a completely different colour, more of a grey shade,and they also fit very strangely. I therefore requested an exchange. I was already disappointed that I had to pay a €5 exchange fee, especially since the issue was caused by the product not matching what was shown/expected in the first place. I then received the replacement sandals, Warm Walnut, but unfortunately the same problem happened again. In the photos, they looked matte and made of suede, but the actual sandals were shiny and a completely different colour and finish. Once again, they looked nothing like the photos on the website. By the time I returned from my holiday, more than 20 days had passed, so I was unfortunately no longer able to return them. However, I definitely will not be wearing them. Very disappointing experience. Two pairs of sandals in a row did not match the photos, and I was even charged for the exchange. I definitely do not recommend Billowy.
