Came across bookaway while traveling independently in Vietnam for a month. Bookaway provided bus and train and vehicle options for different types of traveler needs.

I booked a bus trip from Tirana airport but the pickup location was somewhere else.
I booked a bus trip from Tirana International airport to Bar Montenegro and when I got the tickets they were showing the pickup location in the city of Tirana Albania at a bus stop that was about 60 miles away from the airport. I immediately reported it to their customer service by an email, they said they would look at my and get back to me in a couple of hours. Three days later they sent me a message and said that it wasn’t their problem and I couldn’t get a refund or change the tickets. I will never use Bookaway again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

WARNING! Selling fake tickets
Do not book anything through this platform! My wife and I bought bus tickets from Dar es Salaam to Mombasa. When we arrived at the specified address, the local bus operator told us that this bus route does not exist, has never been scheduled, and that this platform is knowingly selling fake tickets to scam people.We are now stranded in a foreign city. Their customer support is completely useless and only responds with automated emails, ignoring our requests for a refund. This website is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs!
