DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM BULIBASHA. THEY CHARGE $9.95 for SHIPPING, TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE SHOES, THEY ARE WAY TOO WIDE. WHY SEND BACK? YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING AGAIN. THE WORST PART IS I GOT A BILL FROM FED EX FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES THAT THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN ON THEIR WEBSITE. THE FOUNDER FINALLY EMAILED ME AND I TOLD HER TO PAY THE BILL, BECAUSE THEY ARE DECEPTIVE AND NOT HONEST ABOUT ANOTHER $18 FOR SHIPPING, SO A TOTAL OF ALMOST $30. THEY DON'T TELL YOU THE SHOES ARE WIDE, I PAID $200 AND CAN'T EVEN WEAR THEM. DVINA, THE FOUNDER WILL NOT MAKE THIS RIGHT. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD BUSINESS, YOU CANNOT GET A REFUND. THEIR EMAILS ACT LIKE THEY'RE ANGELS, BUT THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES AFTER THE PURCHASE. I GOT A BILL IN THE MAIL FROM FED EX!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM A 0!! this is my conversation with the Owner/Founder Vickie Barker 10:03 AM (8 hours ago) to Bulibasha If you are the founder then you need to cover this cost. This was not explained to me, nor. is it anywhere written for consumers to expect a separate $18 charge for shipping, when I had already paid $9.95 for shipping. So, it basically cost me about $30 for shipping, unbeknownst to me. That is deceptive and not transparent. You should have that in LARGE PRINT on your website for everyone to see. I am 72 years old and spending this much for shoes, which I explained in an earlier email, is WAY out of my expenditures. Had I known going in, there would be 2 costs for shipping, I never would have ordered. I would expect you to take care of this cost, as it is a hidden cost that you are not being honest about. That is lying by omission. PLUS, the shoes are way too Wide and I can't do anything about that either. I even had the foresight to call and ask about sizing and she told me to get size 37 I believe, but never said anything about the width. I would appreciate you taking care of this. This is called 'the cost of doing GOOD business'. That's what your business purports to do and that's exactly what you should do! The Fed ex bill is below.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the importer. When placing an international order, it is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any applicable import regulations, duties, or taxes in their country. As a gesture of goodwill, our founder personally approved and refunded USD 18 to your account, despite there being no obligation to do so. We were happy to make this exception in the hope of resolving the matter amicably. However, we are disappointed to see the continued volume of emails and the tone of your communications regarding an issue that is outside of our control and was clearly disclosed before purchase. While we genuinely appreciate your support and every customer who chooses our brand, we also expect our team to be treated with respect and not subjected to repeated abusive or excessive correspondence. Please very careful before you order from this company.

Having checked that I would be able to return shoes if there was an issue with sizing, I went ahead and ordered shoes and a hat. When the shoes arrived they did not fit at all and the material was so hard, they would have been unwearable anyway. The hat bore no resemblance to the photo on the website. After several emails, photos etc it is clear that they are not prepared to refund my money. Very bad experience

Unfortunately I will need to return the shoes and the hat, The shoes are too small and the hat does not suit me. I am really disappointed as the quality is so good. Please can you advise how I can return these items to you for a refund? As clearly stated on our website, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds—we are not a mass manufacturer with multiple wearhouses around the world, and our country has very strict import regulations for returned goods. To support our customers, we instead offer exchanges. In line with this policy, we have already issued you store credit for the full amount of your purchase. This policy is clearly stated on our website and is available for every customer to review before completing their purchase. Die Schuhe sind sehr schoen und von guter qualitaer, passen perfekt und werden in einer ansprechenden Verpackung geliefert. Die Wartezeit ist etwas lang, 8 wochen muss man fuer Lieferung rechnen.

Beautiful Shoes

The shoes are beautiful and for me are the right fit and size. The packaging of the shoes blew me away, unbelievable! People seem to be having problems with wait time, I waited about 3 weeks, that is what I was expecting. These shoes are hand made in Indonesia what did people expect, next day delivery? May be they should stick to Amazon. I love my shoes. Kathy
