Nous nous sommes fait brutalement agressé par les agents de sécurité center parc en rentrant de ballade en voiture Une agression extrêmement choquante par la soit disante sécurité, plutôt un dingue qui nous a pris à partie sans raison À fuir n’allez jamais cela ressemble plutôt à un camp d’enfermement dirigé par des malades

lamentable à tout point de vue
lamentable à tout point de vue. vous avez de la chance si toutse passe bien et dans ce cas, cela peut devenir un voyage agréable. en revanche, le moindre grain de sable tel un arrêt des installations du centre aquatique du village nature à paris et plus personne ne répond: oui on prend note de votre plainte, on revient vers vous rapidement, ah oui désolé du retard, pouvez-vous rerere-expliquer le problème? vous aurez des nouvelles....et RIEN! un système administratif lourd afin de décourager toute réclamation - certainement le business model de cette entreprise mais va à la perte de cette entreprise avec un management en place lâche ou tout simplement incompétent.

Very mixed feelings
Very mixed feelings. The price of the accommodation is clearly in the 4-star hotel category, but without providing any hotel services. Towels have to be paid for extra... and only one roll of toilet paper is provided for the week. The outdoor furniture of the cottage was in very poor condition, and the interior in general was poorly maintained. Apart from the swimming pool, all activities come at an extra cost. The bicycles (which are also extra, of course) were — excuse my language — absolute junk (brakes, tires, bell: everything was in terrible shape). The price of activities like the 'soap making' workshop borders on the ridiculous: the activity lasted about 10 minutes, and then we were left to ourselves for 20 to 30 minutes before it was over. Finally, the equipment provided for pickleball was damaged (broken racket), and the instructions for picking up the gear lacked clarity. All in all, I don't understand the reputation of this park, which clearly seems to be resting on its laurels.

Unlawfully keeping hold of money after a cancelled trip.
So upset. I had to cancel our holiday due to my mother passing. I was advised I would receive a partial refund of €762.80 from the €1082 paid. I received €330. I opened a complaint for the rest ( you cannot talk to the department). I then received another partial refund. I called today to ask about the balance of €110+ still outstanding and was told they had closed my complaint and I have to start again. At a time when I have so much to manage this is unacceptable. They never reply to emails and are not interested. Shocking company. Will never be looking to book again.
