Haven't received my order!
I ordered a calendar on Dec. 8th. It was meant for a birthday present in early January. Now, more than 2 months since I ordered it, I still haven't received it. They won't refund it, because it's "on the way". They claim to be in contact with the postal service, but cannot tell me which service that is.

Total scammers after two months the hat…
Total scammers after two months the hat box arrived broken sent pictures and they said I can fixed and used. No offer to pay to send it back and haven’t given me a refund! Don’t buy from them!!!!!

I think this company are just scam…
I think this company are just scam merchants. Ordered some coasters early January that haven’t arrived. It is now April. Every email complaint just gets an automatic reply from a bot that never addresses the complaint. Avoid this company like the plague

Think I can be added to the list!
Ordered "flowers" for my daughter. She's allergic to pollen, so ideal...or so I thought! First of all the "matching card" - I wasn't given the option of adding a message. When I contacted them they said that the card comes blank for you to add your own message. Pointed out that I was sending it to my daughter in Hungary. Got a gobbledygook message back so I thought I'd just wait and see. I did get regular tracking messages. I got one saying it had been delivered. My daughter says, obviously, she didn't know who it was from. It won't open. She followed the instructions to "puff it out" but it didn't work, I've requested a refund but, reading these reviews, I think this is very unlikely,

What ever you do…..do not order from this site/company. Waiting 3 months for something that wasn’t as advertised. Walk away. Now
