J'adore les produits CLINIQUE MAIS leur site clients est HORRIBLE! Cela fait des mois que j'attends de me faire rembourser un colis qui a été retourné chez eux! IMPOSSIBLE de les joindre en dehors du Chat! Le téléphone ça raccroche à chaque essai et je ne trouve nulle part leur adresse mail! UNE HONTE! JAMAIS plus je ne commanderai sur leur site!

A loyal customer, reassessing
I have been a loyal customer for over 40 years. I recently had to make four phone calls in total to Customer Service. First, I received an email saying they had a Jumbo sale, 25% off their bigger sizes. I ordered two items. Then I got a message acknowledging I had cancelled my order. I hadn't. It took three calls to find out they had run out of one of the items and this was them letting me know, just saying I had cancelled the order, rather than explaining that they had run out of a product. Then I decide to order a couple of other items. The email said the sale ended August 28. I tried to put in an order August 26 and the items in my cart showed full price. On the top of the page in my online account it said the items below are 25% off. When I called Customer Service they argued that the sale ended August 25. They asked for a screenshot of the page on the website, in my account, where it said 25% off. I also forwarded the email I received from Clinique advertising the sale ending August 28. Finally they said that I could buy the products for full price and call back in for a refund of 25%. Would you trust them to do that? They are coming across as very disorganized and untrustworthy. I'm very very disappointed. Treating me like I was making it up and their information so scattered that they can't even verify it on their end.

Disappointing formula and return…
Disappointing formula and return experience I was really disappointed with this nail polish. The formula was extremely thick and clumpy, even when I applied very thin coats. It didn't self-level properly and made it difficult to get a smooth, even application. I contacted Clinique about returning it because of the product quality issue. Since I don't have a Clinique store near me, I was told I could mail it back, but I would have to pay the return shipping upfront. I don't think customers should have to cover return shipping for a product that isn't applying properly. The colour itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the formula made the product unusable for me.

Bait and Switch!
I placed an order yesterday because I had gotten an email about a free birthday gift if I placed a $45 order. I placed the order and the site added an eye cream at no cost as my free gift. I see that they've shipped the rest of my order, but no gift. I got an email that it's out of stock. I'm feeling really swindled here. They say they'll send a gift if I place an order, then they say too bad the gift is out of stock, but it's too late, I've already spent the money. Seems like they should have put a different gift in the box. The email just says I won't be charged, but as it was a gift, I wasn't going to be charged anyway. Now I've just spent money I wouldn't have spent otherwise for nothing. I tried the customer service chat; the guy on the chat offered to send me an $8 soap instead, but the gift I was supposed to get sells for $39 on the site. Seems like a complete scam. Bait me with a good gift, get my money, then offer me something much less valuable instead? Seems like the replacement gift should be comparable in value. I tried emailing but the email box is "full" and not receiving messages. I tried the phone number, but they're closed during the time I'm not at work. The website says if you have issues you can use the "email submission form", but there (unsurprisingly) is no such form on the site. This used to be a good company back in the day. Sad to see how far it's fallen.

If I could give this site zero stars or…
If I could give this site zero stars or minus stars, I would. I have not received my order after 3 weeks and several phone calls. They continually are blaming UPS. In all my years of online ordering, I literally have NEVER had a problem with UPS. This was my first online order through Clinique.com- never again! It now makes me wonder about the products. I have always purchased items through Macy's. The first call, they promised to get expedited shipping ...it's been another entire week with NO products. It started on July 22, 2026 and it is now August 10th with little hope. The customer service over promise and way underdelivers! They outright lied.
