I have been a customer of Cohorted for…
I have been a customer of Cohorted for a number of years now and always really rated the boxes and products. However recently the quality has changed significantly. The quality of the packaging has declined and now feels cheap. Whilst I appreciate this may be to support being more environmentally friendly I do not believe that there are not higher quality boxes that could be used. The products are now also very repetitive my last 3 boxes have been also delivered very late. Which is disappointing. I will continue for a few more months but will be actively looking for alternatives

I have just cancelled my subscription…
I have just cancelled my subscription after around 4-5 years. The most recent boxes have been really disappointing; 2 months consecutive were Pat McGrath make up. The delivery was also really late for the past 2 boxes. The last year has been really disappointing in general; feels like they are just clearing out old stock and scrambling a box together. It used to be super exciting and I absolutely loved receiving the boxes. However, it now just feels like a massive waste of money and not getting good value for it. A big shame.

Love the contents of the box
Love the contents of the box, it is always high quality, premium products. My last box was a bit delayed but communication was good and the products are way better than the other beauty boxes I have bought in the past

Not great for me personally
Not great for me personally. I had two boxes in both of them I received colours that were totally unsuitable for me. I gifted them to someone and they didn’t like it either. If the boxes are not personalised then at the very least they should make colours as much as possible neutral so that everyone can wear it. Additionally boxes take ages to arrive incredibly slow. I have now cancelled my box.
