Bot keeps going offline always having to contact staff to fix. Never a real answer as to why. Decided to cancel and when asked for confirmation of cancellation owner ghosted channel.

Went to purchase a bot, got exceptional service!
I wanted to purchase a bot to help fix a problem on my server. Once I entered a ticket on their Discord support page Samxony promptly directed me to their dev dummy_haiz. dummy_haiz was no dummy and was able to very quickly and efficiently figure out that a bot wasn't even needed for my issue. The issue was not fixable on mobile but if I simply logged into Discord on a desktop it was. I've never needed to use Discord on desktop before since I use the Discord app on my phone. So without their help I may not have even resolved my server issue. I was honestly unsure about what kind of service I would recieve while I was submiting my ticket to Convivial Services since this was my first time using their service. I can assure you however that this crew is first class. They were efficient, honest, helpful. As an ex tier 1 tech support agent I highly recommend Convivial Services for all your Discord bot and server support needs. Feel free to contact me on Discord and I would be happy to vouch for them. I had the best experience with this team. I don’t usually write reviews but they really went above and beyond for me . We hit allot of roadblocks in my project but they spent allot of time and attention to my project and were so helpful.
