Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. I ordered a Jellycat soccer ball for my son's birthday. It came with the legs missing (and holes of where they are supposed to be). They keep stating they will check with the factory for a replacement, but I have to email them every month. I have asked for a refund at this point (almost 6 months later), which they will not provide.

Second bad experience with Costume…
Second bad experience with Costume Party World! This time they misleadingly sold a “Jellycat” for $50 that was not a Jellycat at all. Feel very misled and ripped off.

Do not buy
Do not buy! They sell products supposedly made from Jelly Cat, but they're fake and they know it. They claim they'll replace the product, but it's a scam. They end up not responding.

Scam. Fraud. Avoid.
Less than one star actually. Ordered in a hurry what was advertised as a genuine Jellycat as my son had lost his toy on holiday. Wish I had read the reviews first. A clearly fake Jellycat arrived in due course. They are "investigating" but this is clearly a regular scam. I have obviously requested a refund with the item not being as described, but I am not holding out much hope and will be contacting my credit card company instead.

Terrible company selling fake…
Terrible company selling fake Jellycats. I ordered one in March they sent me a completely different one to what I ordered. Keep promising to send the real one I ordered and say they are waiting on an update from their warehouse. It’s now July and I still don’t have my order. This is a scam do not use them.
