Really impressed with CretanclCars
Really impressed with CretanclCars. Booking was super easy — just a quick email back and forth — and they delivered the car straight to my accommodation, even though the villa was a fair distance from their base. The handover was effortless, no fuss at all, and the drop‑off was just as smooth. Because I’d already done the online check‑in, the paperwork was basically nothing. Overall, a really straightforward, stress‑free experience from start to finish.

Very trustworthy and pleasant
The customer service was wondeful - a person was waiting at the gate to guide us to the car. We had no trouble booking the car - it was fast and seamless. The car and insurance is worth the money and we did not have to leave excess. 10/10

We rented a van from this company for…
We rented a van from this company for around €1,300, and honestly, we expected much more for that price. The vehicle was very basic, with no comfort or sense of quality. For this amount of money, you would expect a reasonably modern and well-maintained vehicle, but unfortunately that was not the case. The experience became even worse when returning the van at the airport. The staff responsible for parking and receiving the vehicle were unfriendly and unhelpful, leaving us with a very negative final impression. It is disappointing that this company does not seem to understand that offering good, reasonably new vehicles is simply the standard in the car rental business today. Unfortunately, I will not rent a vehicle from this company again.

Premiere expérience de location a l'étranger réussie. Franchement,c'était rassurant. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était très gentil, la communication était simple et compréhensible, tout s'est bien déroulé. Je recommande cette agence pour ceux qui souhaite louer en Crète.

We rented a Volkswagen Up, the car was delivered at our hotel as planned, the staff was very nice, they were always available to answer our questions. If I come back to crete I'll will definitely rent a car to cretan cars
