Dermagic has been so positive for my Pomeranian. Good hair re growth and looking very good after 2 months of daily use. It does same strong so he wears a little coat when I have applied it.

Paid 12 days ago – No shipping, no tracking, broken promises
I placed and paid for my order almost two weeks ago. As of today, the items have still not been shipped. Despite claims of operating under "renewed management," their customer service fails to deliver. Support promised me an express dispatch update with a tracking number, but I received nothing and communication stopped again. Ignoring customers and failing to fulfill basic delivery timeframe promises is completely unacceptable. Be very careful if you decide to buy from this store.

My order got delivered to my neighbour, so I had to wait a day extra for delivery. It was packed well and the hot spot cream is really good.So overall happy. Helpful woman in the office.

LACK OF COMMUNICATION
I ordered €149 of products from DERMagic. Their website says orders ship within two working days, but after four working days I still have no dispatch confirmation, tracking information, or response to my emails. I’ve requested confirmation of shipment with valid tracking and an expected delivery date, or a full refund in case they are not able to fulfill the orders I hope DERMagic responds so this can be resolved, and I’ll update the review once it is. I just want to receive my products and get an update. I don’t ask much😭 UPDATE: after I placed the review I got a promise I would be contacted in the evening regarding shipping updates and after two days I still didn’t receive any new update. I am getting frustrated. I want to receive my products, I paid 150€!!!! Not 20€ and even if, this lack of communication is not okay. I really want to be taken seriously😭 Can I please be contacted immediately by the warehouse with an update? I need to make sure I will receive my order soon or later and not that I have been scammed or lost my money. Please I don’t ask much. You know my email. Once received the package I am even willing to remove this review for a positive one. Thank you for the understanding.
