Sooo many things to mention that are…
Sooo many things to mention that are wrong 1. Many, many fake profiles - Every answer is "I'll tell you later" 2. If you find what you hope is a real person, they send generic messages, and then after you respond, the next day they ask the same question. So clearly AI with no long-term memory. 3. Zero customer support. - I saved a bunch of favorites, so I could take time to like and message them on the weekend, and then one day they all stopped working. I reached out to support, with screen shots of the errors and more. Then I get back a generic response, asking for pictures, and telling me to try fixes that i ahd specifically mentioned I had already tried. - Occasionally you will get a like (that finally does not feel like a scammer), they send one message, then literally dissapear before I can even respond. It is just a garbage site. I don't know why the "professionals" recommend it.

Weeks of chat that never turned into a single date
Match kept me stuck in conversations that went nowhere. Profiles looked active but none of the women committed to meeting face to face. A few eventually steered the talk toward money. Ending the subscription required multiple attempts. PrimeDating.net was a clear improvement with women interested in actual dates. Leave Match alone if you value your time.

URGENT: Unresolved Refund Request from Aug 17th - Google Play Transactions (Benedetto)
Still completely ignored since my initial contact on August 17th. Match support keeps sending automated loops claiming they 'cannot find my profile,' despite me providing valid Google Play transaction IDs (GPA.3316-4843-2333-37448 for the £119.99 subscription and GPA.3370-9009-2647-38458 for the £11.99 boots). These were paid via Google Play voucher balance, and refusing to map them or issue a refund for a defunct app full of inactive profiles is unacceptable. Escalating to UK consumer protection / Trading Standards. Can i please have my refund back Thanks

Too many fake profiles
Too many fake profiles. Over billing . No customer service phone usless automated service . 1 star only ( can't give 0 ) Totally waste of money . I cancelled my subscription. It then cancelled any facilities. Right away .
