Such a bummer.DK rocked until 2023. I don’t know what happened after that. I stopped buying so much when the merchandise started leaving behind Quality and creativity. Then the shipping got totally bad. I started having to order stuff for months ahead purple dot I just ordered something for Burning Man. They said it was gonna be here on time and it absolutely won’t and I don’t wanna get certificate cause I don’t wanna deal with this company anymore such a shame they used to rock.

Buyer beware! This was my first time ever buying from Dolls Kill, and I will never ever try and purchase from them again. Do not order from them if you actually expect to receive your items.I placed an order for nearly $300, and a full month went by without a single shipping confirmation or tracking update. Their customer service email addresses are completely unmonitored, forcing me to hunt down a contact form on their website just to get a response.Once I finally reached them, they admitted they didn’t even have the inventory for items I paid for weeks ago. They tried to issue a partial refund for only ONE item that was now out of stock because their "warehouse team discovered an issue with the inventory." They kept the rest of my money hostage, claiming the remaining delayed items "should ship soon."I had to firmly demand a full cancellation and threaten a bank dispute just to get my money back. Their warehouse management and customer service are an absolute nightmare. Be extremely cautious before giving this company your money!

I had an issue with the fit of my order…
I had an issue with the fit of my order and initially found the return process a little confusing, especially as an international customer. However, Paige was absolutely wonderful and completely turned the experience around. Paige took the time to understand my situation, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout, arranged a refund for me, and personally helped resolve the return shipping issue by providing a prepaid Royal Mail label. Customer service can make such a difference when something goes wrong, and Paige genuinely went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much, Paige, for your kindness, patience and understanding. I really appreciate everything you did! 🤍
