I had an awful experience with Dr Sadiki and his team. The results are bad, I was ripped off, and they are refusing to give me any refund. I paid €2700 for the upgraded Diamond package, which included Loft+ (less invasive graft harvesting method) and that Dr Sadiki himself would carry out the transplant. I did NOT get this package! They kept changing locations. I was given two different addresses — even the day before my surgery. They rebrand under different names to hide behind other clinics and hide negative reviews. 🚩 They pressured and rushed me to start. There was no real consultation. Before even examining my hair, Dr Sadiki pushed me to have the more invasive method. He said I could lose up to 15% of the grafts with Loft+, compared to 5% with their standard method. This didn't sound bad to me, so I went ahead with Loft+, but in hindsight I should not have trusted him. The technician took multiple attempts to find a vein, and the procedure itself was the worst pain I have ever experienced. The anaesthetic injections were excruciating. The technicians spent the whole extraction gossiping. Nothing was explained. I was stressed as I thought they were cutting my scalp and using the wrong method. When I tried asking, they didn't understand me. The package said it included a translator, it didn't. Dr Sadiki was supposed to perform the majority of my procedure, but wasn't even in the room for 90% of it. He only appeared in the last hour and didn't supervise the extraction or anaesthesia stages. During the eyebrow injections, my heart became erratic. I had severe palpitations, felt nauseous, faint and shaky, and genuinely thought I was about to have a heart attack and die, likely triggered by the pain of the injections and/or the technician hitting a vein. I've NEVER experienced anything like this in any other surgery! Dr Sadiki wasn't in the room, never came to check on me, and later blamed the reaction on my blood pressure (which by then was higher), despite never raising it as an issue before the procedure. They claim the procedure is painless and causes minimal bruising. That is a lie. I had severe pain, bruising and horrendous black eyes for weeks. I was told that by 6 months most of the transplanted hairs would have grown back. They didn't — they just kept falling out more. I'm now over 9 months post-op, and most of the grafts did not survive. I've lost around 70%, not 15% as I was told. They also cut off far too much of my hair from the donor area. When I raised concerns about the results and not receiving what I paid for, I was gaslighted, lied to and ignored. When you question the results, they blame your healing. Then they expect you to pay another €1000 for a revision! When I complained that the doctor was supposed to perform my transplant, first they gaslighted me saying, "He did do it, maybe you just didn't see him." 😂 Then they changed their story, claiming there were two types of procedures: "Transplant with Dr Sadiki", meaning he would supervise, and "Transplant with Technician", where he would not be involved. That makes no sense because every procedure should be supervised by a doctor! And he didn't even supervise properly anyway! I had a prospective patient contact the clinic. They confirmed Dr Sadiki's level of involvement is the same unless you pay extra for him to do the whole transplant (which I had done), and that both harvesting methods cost the same. This completely contradicts what I was told, and I have screenshots to prove it. They STILL refuse to tell me what my upgraded package included and why I paid so much more! 😡 Don't be fooled by their marketing. Their technique is bad, there are many patients whose results did not last regardless of the method. Reviews with similar experiences have been deleted, and one patient was even threatened! Also many positive reviews are fake and written identically. They are dishonest, greedy, unprofessional and unethical.

I booked a procedure at this clinic, and their sales representative never informed me that the deposit was non-refundable. Two weeks before the appointment, I had to cancel for medical reasons. I explained clearly that it was a medical cancellation (without going into personal details), and that my doctor advised me to postpone all procedures. The clinic first told me that the deposit could not be refunded at all. Later, someone said they would deduct €100 — which makes no sense, since a deposit does not require any tax or administrative costs. For two months, they kept telling me that the refund was “sent” or “about to be sent,” yet nothing arrived. Only when I finally stated that I would contact the police did they transfer the money. Even then, instead of the agreed €400, only €361 arrived. This clinic behaves like an absolute scam. If they treat clients like this before the procedure, imagine what would happen if anything went wrong afterwards. I strongly warn potential clients: choose wisely. Your health is too important, and if a clinic already behaves like this at the very beginning, there are no guarantees for proper aftercare. Also, check their reviews on different platforms - you will notice many are written in the same wording and style, clearly by one or two people, which is very suspicious.

I am so grateful to Dr. Sadiki for the incredible results of my eyebrow transplant. The Loft technique he uses is truly amazing, and my eyebrows look so natural that no one can tell they’re transplanted. The Gold package was a great choice, and the hotel and transfer servicesmade my trip so much easier. The clinic’s commitment to hygiene is outstanding, and I felt completely safe and well-cared for throughout the entire process.

Dr Sadiki and his team couldn’t have taken better care of me from the minute I landed. My driver was amazing and immediately made me feel safe, he offered me drinks and food and asked if I needed anything for my stay. The hotel was nice and the breakfasts were great! The team was so patient with me as I was a nervous lone traveller from out of the country but they put me at ease. Melisa was my life saver as she stayed by my side the entire time as I was so nervous, they definitely need to keep her she was an angel! The procedure itself was painless and the team were professional the entire time, making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed to feel ok. It’s only been 3 months and both my hairline and eyebrows look amazing, everyone has complimented my eyebrows lately it’s been such a good feeling! Couldn’t recommend Dr Sadiki, Melisa, Esin and his team more. Thank you so much! Changed my life:)
