One Star Review – Electrolux (Ticket: 13035430 / V260515575) I am extremely disappointed with Electrolux’s handling of my service claim. A technician damaged my washer and dryer while performing a simple grey water hose replacement, and despite Electrolux acknowledging the issue and promising compensation, I have now been waiting approximately three months with no resolution. I was repeatedly told that a digital Mastercard would be issued within two weeks, yet every deadline has passed without any communication or follow through. Each update has been vague, inconsistent, and ultimately untrue. The lack of accountability, transparency, and basic customer service is unacceptable. My experience reflects exactly why Electrolux has such a low star rating online. I would strongly caution others to consider this before purchasing Electrolux products or relying on their after sales support.

Dishwasher EEG69400W
We bought a dishwasher Electrolux EEG69400W. It is very very rare that everything gets clean, no matter how little or much dish, and no matter the program. I take care of the machine with salt and rinse and cleaning. And things take ages to dry. This machine is not good, and only hesitation would I recommend it to someone with a small budget, compared to doing manual dish washing.

Absolutely terrible customer service …
Absolutely terrible customer service on repairs. Been waiting on a washer dryer combo repair since May 2026. Electrolux took my money day 1 and have been giving me the runaround since. We own multiple rental properties and have had issues with the same washer dryer combo at several units. Dealing with the repair technician process is awful. Please do better Electrolux.

Very disappointed with the Electrolux…
Very disappointed with the Electrolux washer and dryer that we bough from Home depot a month ago, after a few days, the washer door was not closing properly so we contacted the customer services, they create a ticket, a person came to my house on Aug 12, he was not able to fix the issue, they said on the phone that the shop order a part to fix the door, today Aug 24 another tech came to the house with no idea about the issue, he asked me, also with no new parts to fix it. anyway he lift the door a bit and he said problem fixed, I mentioned that the heavy door is going down again and will not allow us to do the cycle, he recommend to ask the manufacture why they install a heavy door. I am very disappointed with the services and with the product. it is over 3000$ for a garbage washer and dryer, not recommend to buy this set.
