We had an excellent experience with…
We had an excellent experience with Euronautic in Pirovac and can highly recommend them. When returning the sailing boat to the marina, we had a small damage due to very strong wind. Stipe from Euronautic was extremely helpful, understanding and supportive throughout the whole situation. Everything was handled professionally and, most importantly, very fairly. The amount we were charged for the damage was absolutely reasonable and fair. We have rented sailing boats from different agencies over the years, and we can honestly say that Euronautic has been the best agency we have dealt with so far. Thank you especially to Stipe and the whole Euronautic team for the great service, fairness and professionalism. We will definitely book with you again! Sanja

Leaking sewage / disgusting smell
We chose the charter based on Google reviews. Unfortunately, we were very unlucky in this regard. I can speak about sailyacht Top Gun only but it seems based on the charter management behavior, this will not be a rare case. Our ship had sewage leakage which could not be resolved during our rental no matter what we did based on instructions from the charter technician. Frequent fecal stench really made the stay on the boat very difficult for us. It was present inside the ship as well as in the cockpit and deck. We asked for a discount and got response that this was a temporary issue due to our high use of the toilet, which is definitely not true. I would not be surprised that the boat is passed to another crew in the same shape and situation simply repeats, because when you have a cash cow, the only thing what matters is cash.. Besides the sewage issue, our boat had other defects that prevented us to leave the Marina on the first day (broken winch plus some minor issues) which were fixed on the next day. These did not impact our holiday much compared to the fecal stench issue though.

Motor yacht in Croatia
I have been working with Euronautic on a yacht charter, and I can honestly say the whole experience was super easy from the very beginning. We were looking for a motor yacht for a 10-day trip, and they understood exactly what we needed. Communication was always clear, quick, and friendly, which I really appreciate when organizing a trip like this. Every question I had was answered promptly, and the whole booking process felt smooth and stress-free. It's always nice to work with people who genuinely care and make everything simple. I would definitely recommend Euronautic to anyone looking for a professional and reliable yacht charter company. Thank you again for all your help!

Avoid this charter company!
We rented a sailing boat, but both the condition of the boat and the level of service provided fell well below basic expectations. The boat was handed over to us with one toilet not functioning, and it remained unusable for the entire duration of the cruise. On the pickup day, the generator stopped producing electricity and was effectively handed over to us in a non-functional condition. We only discovered this after leaving the marina, as the boat had been connected to shore power during check-in. Because of the generator failure, we had to change our planned route. The service crew next day arrived significantly later than agreed and required not one but two separate visits to resolve the issue, causing us to lose an entire day waiting for repairs. Meanwhile, the toilet was never repaired at all. At the end of the charter, the company refused to offer any reasonable remedy or partial refund, despite the fact that we had one full day with a non-functional generator and seven days with a non-functional toilet. In addition, the boat was missing a first aid kit and had a broken flashlight, which raises further concerns about maintenance and safety checks. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not acceptable for a charter boat that should have been properly inspected and fully functional before handover.
