Absolutely incredible service and support from Naz!
My daughter and I have both been using Evolve With Me for our weight-loss journeys, and we have each lost an amazing seven stone! We’re both looking and feeling fantastic, and the support we’ve received has been brilliant. Naz is absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful and always on the ball. When I recently had trouble accessing the website, she responded to me on Messenger almost immediately, sorted everything out and arranged for my next injections to be sent straight away. Nothing is ever too much trouble, deliveries are always quick, and there’s never any waiting around. Whenever I need help, I can contact Naz through Messenger or one of the other available platforms, and she usually replies within five or ten minutes. The personal service and support are second to none. I honestly cannot recommend Naz and Evolve With Me highly enough. Thank you for helping both my daughter and me achieve such incredible results—we couldn’t be happier! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I felt assumptions were made about me without speaking to me directly, and comments about me were discussed with my mum instead, who was also a customer. When I became aware of what had been said and tried to address my concerns, I was ignored, while my mum was told to find other support despite not being the person who had raised the issue. I was also upset that my mental health was cited as a reason why the seller did not feel able to support me as a customer and suggested I should go to my GP instead. Overall, I was left feeling judged, dismissed, and disappointed by how the situation was handled.
