Je ne peux pas mettre moins. Commande effectuée le 7 juin. 2 couvertures 2 oreillers. 84 euros de commande! Soit disant c est livré, mais je n’ai rien. J ai un numero de suivis mais aucun equivalent via la poste france. L email que l on vous dit de contacter? Bullshit!! Etrangement, 3 jours après ma commande ma carte a subi une tentative de fraud … Je suis persuadée que c est lié d autant que plus personne ne me repond! Ne commandez surtout pas

Tragiczna jakoś. Poduszka za połowę ceny trzyma sie dłużej niż to co ta firma oferuje. Jestem bardzo zawiedziona jak słabo wykonane są poduszki i to za jaką cenę. Nie warto tracić czas na tą firmę i produkt.

Je ne recommande pas ce site. Je commande mi novembre pour le noel de ma fille un tipi. N'ayant pas de nouvelles début décembre je contacte à plusieurs reprises le service client. Personne ne me répond ni par mail, téléphone, facebook. Mi décembre je recois un mail de nulle part m'informant que ma commande est prête a partir mais que la couleur du tipi commandée n'était plus disponible. On m'impose donc une nouvelle couleur (gris). J'ai refusé le colis et je suis dans l'attente du remboursement.

Never received Teepee
I bought a Teepee in September, all I have is "Order Processing" in the notifications - the Teepee I wanted was no longer available on its own as I had emailed to ask about it and I got a response then but it was on their website with the floor mat so I bought it - which I did find strange, should have known then. Since then, I have emailed countless times and even phoned from the UK but no response. This is appalling customer service, I have to say I had ordered previously, yes, delivery took a bit longer but I received my items and I had no cause for concern but this latest order experience, is shocking & I have held back from reviewing but it's now beyond a joke & don't want anyone else out of pocket.

I ordered a tent cushion on 20 September 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. I've chased by email and rung but had no response at all. I spent over £40 and have no cushion. I now have to look elsewhere. The company should offer updates to customers and respond to contacts about items purchased but not delivered.
