The shoes are fantastic
The shoes are fantastic. I have received many compliments on them already and came out exactly as I created. I paid for expedited shipping, but they did not send it that way, it was sent regular USPS mail. So, I asked for a refund which they said would take ywo weeks, I am an office manager for a retail business who does many refunds to credit cards and it doesn't ever take more than five business days after waiting over two weeks and no refund, I had to ask for it again. This time it was processed in the next business day. Other than that, I highly recommend the shoes.

I ordered a handbag in May and now is…
I ordered a handbag in May and now is the end of August and I stilll haven't received it. They kept apologising. They say that they are waiting for the material. Then they sent me a link to choose a different handbag, went to the link, sent them a screenshot of the bag I liked. They replied that they don't have that material in stock either. So, why send me a link to choose a handbag when that particular one is not available???

Girotti shoes are undoubtedly the best in their category. The customer service team is incredibly supportive. Unfortunately, my delivery was delayed due to the ongoing war situation. I genuinely appreciate Ms. Merry’s assistance, and I finally received my order.
