Poor delivery
Awful company to order from!! I have no issues with the products, as I have ordered many from a 3rd party, but on this occasion I had ordered directly. Order was placed on 3rd August, which as I had ordered from a uk company, I was told it would take up to 5 working days, not an issue as I was going away on the 20th August. Chased up where my delivery was, and I was told I had ordered from the USA site, when I challenged this, as I made sure it was a uk site and paid in pounds, I was told it was a uk site and it was now showing shipped, week later still waiting, I was told that because it was a larger size it was ordered from USA!! Still plenty of time for it to come for my holiday, I kept asking where my delivery was, and was told it would be delivered while I was away, I asked if this could be cancelled as I would not be there to receive the package, I was then told I had to deal with it on my return. Emails sent back and forward, only to receive another email today, to say that the item could no longer be delivered!! Leaving me to go on holiday without packing my favourite bra. As I previously stated, no issues with the product but awful customer service from this company so I would not recommend to anyone! Also poor to offer a 20% off voucher for my next order!

Great quality and support!
I have worn Glamorise bras for years now. I love the support and quality of their bras! There are many choices of styles and colors. I wear the sport, minimizer bra and love it! So supportive and comfortable. Customer service is always there for you and they seem to want to help you in any way they can.

Great customer service!!
I recently ordered several front-close bras (which I'd never tried before), and found them not to my liking. Glamorize customer service couldn't have been better! I had selected this brand in the first place because their written policy is to accept returns without question, and to give full refunds. And that is exactly what they did. Their response to my request for a return/refund was both prompt and very kind!! I will certainly return at some point to purchase my next bras (which will be the more traditional back-closure variety!).

Making things right when things go wrong.
I appreciate how Glamorise finally stood behind their product. It took contacting Customer Service via two different avenues (online chat & then by phone call), but Glamorise replaced the bra I had bought at Kohl's with what I feel was a manufacturer's defect. Being a larger size, I found Glamorise a bra brand that fits well with adequate support without an underwire! The higher cost is worth their quality. I believe a sign of a great company is how they make things right when things go wrong. I have been a very pleased customer for about 10 years.

There was a problem with delivery of my order I contacted Glamorise and received an immediate reply with answers to all my queries I have yet to fully resolve the issue as the company who reported my parcel as undeliverable due to 3 unsuccessful attempts has yet to actually return it but customer services have kept me updated on the current status of things since our first communication I have every confidence that things will be resolved fully!
