Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Ordered bracelet from them - for Steinhart Ocean One 39. I got the bracelet with one missing screw for attaching it to the end link and on the other side it had middle link which was apparently part of the handling attached. At first I thought it was missing that middle link on the other side but turns out no. So in short they send me a product which has been tempered with. When I asked him and short pictures they just told me to buy and links which do not include a screw. Then multiple times asked me do I want a screw or do I want the end links but kept pushing for buying the endings - like I can use the endings without that screw... In the end got my money back from PayPal. They never offered to send the missing screw free of charge. Terrible customer service experience. Would not recommend buying anything from them.

I purchased a Steinhart Ocean One watch from Gnomon watches. They have an excellent selection and competitive prices. Watch was packed impeccably and shipped via DHL express without any delay. Definitely A+ dealer and I will be acquiring more timepieces in the near future.

I ordered a Seiko Samurai PADI and was…
I ordered a Seiko Samurai PADI and was told in an email that there would be no extra tax to pay, needless to say when I get my DHL shipping notice there's also a tax bill attached. I emailed Gnomon Watches and they said there's nothing they could do. I told them I would reject the watch and demand a refund, they then paid the tax. When the watch arrived it was stuffed in a generic Seiko box that was clearly not designed for the watch. I emailed them again to explain that I needed the original box as it was a special edition and therefore, so was the box. There response was that Seiko PADI special edition watches don't come in the 'special edition' PADI box, multiple other Seiko dealers said it does come with the PADI box. I insisted on having the box and as if by magic they informed me that they had one box left. The box was shipped out and I received another tax invoice! All in all a very poor experience. I would not buy from Gnomon Watches again or recommend them.

Good to great experiences over several orders.
I have ordered several watches from this site. Large variety with good general descriptions of the watches you are viewing (sometimes with interesting historical or general brand information included) along with thorough tech info-much abbreviated. Some brands that are had to get elsewhere-such as Hitori Japan. Very fast shipping, typically arriving 4 days post order an surprisingly no customs hangups (very common when I have ordered watches from outside the US; sometimes has taken 3-4 weeks) suggesting Gnomon is sending all the detailed information that US customs require (especially of watches whose pieces are often sourced from multiple countries). Not always the very best prices but frequently so despite the shipping/duties costs.

Excellent experience with Gnomos.
I just bought a citizen watch that is rare to find in the USA. I bought it new at with a 25% discount. I got the watch about 4 days later by DHL. Excellent service. Will buy from them again.
