Your Visa is probably free
Bought 4 Visa for Thailand. Made a mistake... paid again for 2. (Ok that's on me)Then you also have an option to pay extra to receive it sooner. Didn't do that, but received it within 5 minutes. Only to find out a day later that the Thailand Visa is free! Glad I did received the real Visa's btw. Also they take money from me every month now as a subscription wich I wasn't aware of. Tried to call and e-mail them multiple times, but no answer or real phone number! Make sure you do the research before you buy anything from these scammers. Your Visa is probably free for the country you have to go to. Also had to block my creditcard as some of the other reviewers. 10/10 would not recommend.

Relied on GoVisa to process my visa…
Relied on GoVisa to process my visa application to Cambodia. They submitted and processed and we paid in full, however, the Visa was sent by them too early, so now it has to be re-filed. Refused to refund per their policy, but nowhere on their platform did it warn us it was being filed early. And the payment was almost 100 per person. Through the Cambodian e-Visa program, it is $35. Beware!

My costly experience with GoVisaEurope
My experience with GoVisa was extremely disappointing. I had to pay €320 upfront to GoVisa to assist with a Swedish visa. Which I never received! Instead, I applied through VFS Global and received my Swedish visa FOR FREE. I received assistance and advise from VFS Global FOR FREE! I lodged a complaint with GoVisa and requested that they consider refunding at least part of the €320 I had paid. Unfortunately, my request was declined. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly encourage South Africans applying for visas to first check the official application process through VFS Global before paying a third-party visa assistance company. It could save you a substantial amount of money. GoVisa is dishonest and a scam!!

These people are the most dishonest lying thieves
These people are the most dishonest, lying thieves I’ve ever seen . Paid for the service then they keep charging my card numerous time each month for $49.99 a charge I never authorized. Do not use this service you can get a visa fur free from most countries and you don’t have to go through the dispute charge ever month plus the additional charge s few days later after I initially paid the fee in full . Just a scam and bunch of liars . Stay far away from the site .

I got charged $59 and $49
I got charged $59. For a free digital Thailand visa card on the 15th and was suppose to get a E-Sim card, never got anything. On the 21st I notic3d another charge of $49. What is this illegal charge for? I will dispute both of these charges!
