479 Groover offers a platform for self-created music. Whether the music is good or bad is decided by the people who have the power to amplify the song's reach. It represents a real opportunity—especially for independent artists—and that is a good thing. The fact that Groover does not categorically rule out AI is also very positive; after all, there are both good and bad examples in this realm—ranging from people who put a great deal of effort into AI-generated music to those who simply churn out content in bulk.

Il sistema non è il massimo...
Uno dei pochi modi davvero disponibili per proporre la propria musica a curatori di playlist, influencer e giornalisti. Purtroppo a mio parere la piattaforma dovrebbe mettere delle regole più restringenti sulle risposte, chi riceve le rischieste dovrebbe avere un tempo più limitato per rispondere. Invece si passano ore a cercare le persone giuste a cui inviare la musica e poi si aspetta giorni e giorni e nella maggior parte dei casi non si riceve risposta... si i crediti ti vengono restituiti, in crediti groover che devi comunque riutilizzare sulla piattaforma per rifare lo stesso iter... e quando ci hai messo ore a trovare i pochi curatori interessanti e adatti al tuo progetto, e questi non rispondono... cosa ti resta? Per consumare i crediti devi inviare le richieste a gente che ti risponderà forse con un feedback inutile perchè la tua musica non è adatta alla loro playlist o al genere che aspettano di ricevere... intanto tu i soldi li hai spesi, per sentirti semplicemente dire "la canzone non è adatta alla nostra playlist"... Caro Groover o trovi il modo di far si che i curatori rispondano, oppure i soldi li restituisci e NON IN CREDITI.

Beyond the Business Side of Music
I understand that there simply isn’t enough room in the market for everyone who creates art — and that is something natural. Not every artist will be able to turn their work into a career or reach the audience they would like to. Still, people need to create because, for many of them, art is an essential form of expression and an important part of their lives. That is why I believe Groover’s value goes beyond the purely commercial side of things — making contacts, finding opportunities, or eventually generating some kind of business. The platform also creates the possibility for artists to connect with people who are genuinely willing to listen to what they are doing. Having access to feedback that is genuine, honest, and at the same time respectful is extremely important, especially when that feedback helps artists recognize aspects of their work that might otherwise take them much longer to identify on their own. A good review doesn’t need to say that everything is great, but it can point out possible directions and help someone improve more quickly. For me, this space for exchange, listening, and guidance has a great deal of value.
