Really happy with the GT Omega PRIME JB…
Really happy with the GT Omega PRIME JB Edition. The rig is very well designed, feels absolutely rock solid, and the colour looks great in a living room setup. It has a much cleaner and more premium look than a lot of sim rigs. I’m using it with a MOZA R12 V2 and it handles the wheelbase really well with no noticeable flex. The whole setup feels very solid and stable while driving. A couple of small things could make it even better. I think the side 40x120 780 mm bars would be better as angled bars, as this could allow the wheel deck to come a bit closer to the driving position and give more flexibility when setting everything up. The building instructions could also be a little more detailed. The rig is well thought out, but clearer step-by-step guidance and a bit more explanation of how the design goes together would make the assembly easier, especially for first-time builders. The PRIME Integrated Monitor mount is really well designed and matches the Prime rig perfectly. Once you get it fully installed and tightened down, it is absolutely rock solid and gives the whole setup a seamless, one-piece feel. The only downside is that getting it attached to the rig and dialed into the right position is pretty tough. You also have to be super careful because the profile gets scratched really easily while you're sliding things around to make adjustments. I want to give a massive shoutout to James in customer service for helping me figure out how to hang my 49" ultrawide screen! He was a huge help. Honestly though, after going through the process, I would personally recommend just going with a freestanding monitor stand if you are using a screen larger than 40". But if you're running something smaller and have the patience to dial it in, this integrated mount is a fantastic choice once it's locked in place. Overall, I love the rig. Great design, great colour, very solid, and works perfectly with the MOZA R12 V2. With a few small improvements, it would be even better.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Terrible customer service.
After 3 chairs I’m never using these again. The last chair is as bad as the Chinese eBay chairs. It feel a part and to make it worse I put in customer service request 2 weeks ago with no reply at all. I had to work out which parts to buy: the fact you can buy extra parts tells you they knew this. Way to kill the brand.

I'm a fool
I'm a fool, because I ordered from this company a second time after a bad experience with quality. Once again they sent the wrong sized T-nuts. Seriously, this is a real QA issue and I have not yet received a single item from GT Omega that was not either missing pieces or had the wrong pieces entirely. I was expecting higher quality from a "premium" brand such as GT Omega - bad call by me, and I will absolutely not be recommending any GT Omega product to any of my friends. This is causing me to have to go back and forth to the hardware store to try and find t-nuts, or thinking up my own solutions. Do not buy.

Not great.
Up untill this point I've never had a problem with GT omega, I've ordered alot of moza equipment and a GT omega prime rig with all the heavy duty upgrades. Wife ordered me a moza crp2 inversion kit for my birthday, got it all built before putting it on the rig and all was good, I keep every box for all my SIM gear just incase I need to return something as this was part of the rig and not electronic I tore the box up and chucked it in the bin (stupid mistake). Mounted the inversion kit to the rig and instantly there was a problem, my size size 13 clown feet are too big, no matter the adjustment the pedal face is in the middle of my foot unless I have my heels off the pedal plate which is no good. Contacted support and they refused a refund of any kind even discounted because of the box, support are now telling me I need to contact moza directly and ask them for either a box or for permission to return the item with no original box, this is ridiculous as I purchased the item from gt omega and not moza directly. If you have big feet don't but this product.

Simple clutch pedal order
Simple clutch pedal order. 5 days later not arrived. Haven't been provided a valid tracking number. Order tries to get you to install a third party app which instantly Google alerts you is a security risk. DHL tracking number isn't valid. Customer support hasn't provided a valid tracking number yet. Still dealing with them but this feels like a scam. Update: has been delivered, but not to me. Somewhere else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
