Verkauft Produkte, die nicht der Beschreibung entsprechen und weigert sich die Rücksendekosten zu tragen
Nach Empfang eines Produktes mit falscher produktbeschreibung soll ich es nun nach dem ich den Fall bei paypal meldete, da natürlich keine Antwort erfolgte zu Wucherpreisen nach Frankreich schicken um 70€ erstattet zu bekommen. Man scamt den Kunden und macht es so schwer wie irgendwie möglich eine Rücksendung vorzunehwmen. Gröster Versagerhaufen!

to anyone who are looking to use this company,please dont as they will totally rip you off! their advert on ebay is a lie i bought a 48v 1000w ebike kit which has never worked and when i complained their ad misteriously changed,thing is, bafang dont make their controllers are as follows 24v/36v and 48v/52v theyve changed their ad saying 36v/48v controller which is a blatent lie,BE WARNED all ive got is error after error and when you go to complain they will not get back to you

WARNING!!! They are a total fraud!!! I bought a Bafang BBS01 250W for Fatbikes from them. (384,99$ in May 2021) Also i payed 106$ extra for fast shipping (within 12 business days) After paying the order via Paypal, i first got an email from them, asking me for 40$ extra or canceling the order, because the motors prices had increased, they said. I paid it, because it was still cheaper than other offers. But they never changed the price on their homepage, not even almost a year later. FRAUD!!! Then it took them 30 days to deliver. From the email conversation, it turned out, they could never hold 12 business days, because it already needs 20 days for them, to make the order ready to ship. And then 12 more days to ship. i asked to return my "fast delivery fee" of 106$ and charge me normal delivery instead, but the answer was of course "NO". FRAUD!!! Then the article arrived, but the bottom bracket was longer on the left side than on the right side, the paddelarms came down by themself etc. (ok stuff happens) I fixed it myself, ignoring the failed lengths and using some screwfix, but asked on Paypal for a 20% return. Answer: No Then this guy made Paypal ask me for returning the article, which i said no of course, because i could handle the poor quality, and didnt feel it at all to trust this guy returning my money. Then HE forced Paypal to make me return the article, which I paid properly, but he had no right to ask for that at all. FRAUD!!! A few month later, the bottom bracket cracked down, which is not possible, because you could have a baby elephant standing on the paddle, because the original material usually used for bottom brackets doesnt just crack off (i weigh 75kg and ride only streets, no stairs etc.), because its a special kind of steel. But he used some soft steel, which he obviously made the bottom bracket from by himself in some or his own metalworking shop, instead of using the original part. FRAUD!!! And because HE forced Paypal to make me send back MY order, which i didnt comply of course, Paypal now says, case closed, no insurance at all. (i was in the 180 days limit, but still a NO) THANK YOU PAYPAL! Even though i can proof by the communication and the material used, it was a fraud right from the start! I am soooo angry about this, 500$ just lost! What a freaking FRAUD!!! Never ever buy at this guy!
