Positive experience
Overall, I had a good experience and would rate the service about 4.5 out of 5 stars. Everyone I worked with was very friendly, professional, and extremely patient with me throughout the process. I appreciated how helpful they were, especially since selling an account can be a little stressful. There are a few areas where I think the experience could be improved. I do feel that my account was undervalued, although I ultimately chose to accept the offer. I also wish the fees associated with receiving the final payout had been explained more clearly upfront, as there were costs I wasn't expecting. Communication during the transfer process could also have been better. After I turned over my login information, there were periods when I wasn't sure what was happening, how far along we were in the process, or whether I needed to do anything. A few proactive updates during those waiting periods would have made the experience much smoother and given me more peace of mind. That being said, the people I dealt with were genuinely kind and patient, and everything was ultimately completed successfully. Despite the areas I think could be improved, my overall experience was positive, and I would use their service again.

Everyone I dealt with during the process of selling my account were so lovely and helpful! My time with the game was done and I was hoping to get even a little back. Very happy with everything and happy that my account went to someone rather than just being deleted. Highly recommend! The team is super thorough 😊

Hello, I bought a Kingshot account. I had possession of the account in approx. 2-3 days after payment, and the whole transaction was complete in about 8 days. There were no issues at all, just needed time to properly transfer the account through Gmail. As for Heaven Guardian staff, I was very pleased with working with them. They respond to questions very promptly and with proper information to put my mind at ease as to why things needed time to complete (such as binding / unbinding, email transfers, etc….). I highly recommend this service by Heaven Guardian to everyone. In my opinion, the more money being spent on purchase, the more reason to use this company. Safe, secure, and fast. If an issues does arise, they have live people standing by on their discord server to help out. Definitely 5 stars in my mind!
