Got a 7 day ban for talking shit on someone who was also talking shit lol looks like freedoms are being taken away every day. Reached out to support and got no response. All I care about is them abiding by there own ruels. If what I was saying got me banned I fully expect them to ban the other punk for the shit he said as well. Just because he reported someone cuz your feeling got hurt?? The door should swing both ways. I'm sure he said similar things as well and I'd like to know if EA is doing there part to keep EVERYONE SAFE!!! I plan to sue and get a full disclosure on "how" they decided these things. Already betting there breaking there own policy's.

Worst support ever, they can't even read basic text. I contacted them multiple times and they never fixed my issue. I tried opening a support ticket, but they forgot what I was talking about just two messages in. On live chat, they claimed it wasn't a problem on their side and told me to contact Twitch about in-game drops I never received, even though I re-linked my accounts twice with no results, and drops work completely fine in all my other games. On top of that, after waiting through a 10-minute conversation, I was just told they have 'system technical issues' and that I should try again in a few hours. Complete waste of time.

Versuche seit einem Jahr meinen Account wiederherzustellen, alle meine Support Cases werden kommentarlos geschlossen..

Worked with support for a hour and Gaurav Bhaju at support was refusing to read the receipt provided. He told me I only owned parts of the items on the receipt and not all of them. How dumb can you be? This was my second interaction with support and my previous one was just as bad

One of the worst customer support experiences I've ever had. I have spent hours today dealing with EA Support across multiple chats, and I honestly cannot believe how difficult it has been to get a support agent to understand a simple problem. I have two completely separate issues, and in both cases the support experience was essentially the same: explain the problem repeatedly, provide the requested information, correct their misunderstanding, and then watch them go straight back to the same scripted response. The first issue concerns an old Spore account I created around 2009. I can still log into the actual game using the original email and password, and I can still access the account as my old Spore username. The problem is that Spore's website was migrated to EA login, so I can no longer access/manage that old Spore account through the website. I spent an absurd amount of time explaining that this was NOT an EA account login problem, only to have multiple agents repeatedly confuse my old Spore username with my EA ID, suggest changing my EA email, or tell me how to recover my EA account. Eventually, after explaining the same distinction over and over, I was told that they "cannot modify a legacy Spore account." Fine. At least that was finally a clear answer. Then I had a completely separate EA account issue. My original EA account has an EA ID that I can prove belonged to me. I have old EA emails from when the account was created, the original email address, the approximate creation date, and other historical information. However, when I try EA's own password recovery system, it recognizes the EA ID but sends the recovery code to an unfamiliar email address that I have never owned. I provided screenshots showing this. Instead of investigating, support repeatedly asked whether my Google account was hacked even though I explicitly explained that Google was NOT the issue. They then asked repeatedly about purchases even after I told them there were none, asked for credit card information despite the account having no purchase history, and eventually told me they couldn't locate the account. When I pointed out that EA's own password recovery system clearly recognizes the EA ID, they suggested that "perhaps the EA ID had been changed". When I asked how to escalate the case to someone who could investigate, I was told to gather more information and contact support again. I explained that I had already provided everything I had. Their final answer was essentially that they were the highest level of support available and that I should come back later with more information. So what exactly am I supposed to provide? I've provided original EA emails, historical account information, the original email address, the EA ID, the account creation date, and screenshots of EA's own recovery system. The problem isn't a lack of information. The problem is that the support process appears completely incapable of dealing with anything outside a very narrow scripted workflow. I genuinely don't know whether I'm talking to humans following scripts, AI-assisted agents, or some combination of the two. They are all the same, doing the same mistake. What I do know is that the result is the same: HOURS of repetition, constant misunderstandings, no meaningful investigation, and no escalation path. EA has some great games, but if you ever have an unusual account problem, apparently you're on your own. 1/5 — absolutely terrible support experience.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
