AWFUL COMPANY DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM HOUSE OF BEAUTY! I'm reporting this woman to the Ombusman. She is ignoring my emails and WhatsApp messages. Hers T's & C's are not above the law. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! SCAM COMPANY!

Piszę tą opinię ponieważ Firma jawnie oszukuje klienta po mojej negatywnej opinii na Google kazali mi usunąć tą opinię tłumacząc się że wyślą produkt później szantażowali że muszę usunąć komentarz dopiero wtedy otrzymam zwrot w ten oczywiście ani pieniędzy ani fartuszków . Nie zostawię tej sprawy zgłoszę firmą których są produkty w sklepie że ta firma oszukuje klientów . Wszystkim polskim firmą napiszę i wyślę informacje!! Jeśli nie otrzymam zwrotu oraz skontaktuje się z innymi poszkodowanymi i zgłosimy to do urzędu skarbowego, mój bank już ma zgłoszoną próbę wyłudzenia pieniędzy! Daje wam ostatnią szansę albo zwrot albo nie zostawię tej sytuacji jak inni poszkodowani . A znajomi z UK mi w tym pomogą!!

I had purchased many products from this company in the past, but my latest experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered two bottles of gel, but only one was included in my package. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that. However, the way their customer service handled the situation was appalling. I contacted them through every channel I could find, but they completely ignored my messages. After several days, they finally replied by email, apologised, and I thought the issue would finally be resolved. Instead, they ignored me again for another week. Eventually, they told me they would refund me for the missing item, but the refund never arrived. It’s unbelievable that this company lost a loyal customer over just £18. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will never buy from them again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Scam company I ordered a hair dressing basin £375 it turns up in a box that looked like it had been in a war zone its labels showed it had been returned to house of beauty 3 times as damaged .the basin was smashed to pieces yet repacked and dispatched to me .customer service none existent company address showing store does not exist complaint with pay pal for refund .do not use this company it’s a fraud.
