Poor Quality. Lasted two weeks!
Ordered a pair of Unisex Dark Olive Elements Neoprene Chelsea Boots just for ease of slip on for walking the dogs locally, nothing heavy duty at all. Last under two weeks as the seem connecting to the heel came loose. Sent back and currently awaiting a full refund, will not be buying again. I’ve read here that Hunter has changed manufacturing and is churning out low quality products now. Read for yourself.

Poor quality
Poor quality. After 5 years, they have cracked and leaked. They were stored in a dry shed next to a pair from 2004 (which was why we bought more). The older ones are visibly old but still waterproof and functional. These hunter boots are objectively low quality and should be avoided. Customer service used previous administration as an excuse and were not interested in helping or standing by the quality of the product.

Straight out of the box, shit
Straight out of the box, the sole on the right boot was noticeably deformed, and I could feel it clearly when walking. It’s strange that a manufacturer with a history dating back to the 1800s isn’t able to produce a better product or maintain proper quality control. Do they not take pride in what they make?

Poor Service & Pricey
Boots aren't all that and they have horrible customer service! First off, I ordered from their website but the order was filled by a 3rd party retailer. Right after submitted the order, I read reviews about the sizing and contacted them to change the size. I could not speak with anyone by phone or chat (tried multiple times). I did get a response via email saying they could not change the order. Even though I had just submitted it and it did not ship for 3 days. I got the boots and of course had to go through an unnecessary return process. Overall quality is OK but they're nothing special and you're basically paying for the name. And with the prevalence of online retail shopping, you would think they would work hard to help and keep a new customer. They certainly lost me.

Maybe my opinion won’t be very popular here, but I’m giving 5 stars with great pleasure. I’m a new customer and ordered shoes for the first time. Unfortunately a problem arose, which the company solved honestly and to my satisfaction. If that hadn’t happened, I probably wouldn’t have come back, but because the matter was handled professionally, I placed a new order—this time for two pairs. I received the first pair today and I’m impressed with how they are packaged and with their quality. Better than I expected. I hope I’ll have equally positive experiences with the second pair as well. For now, my rating is the highest for product and for Ms Ela/Customer Service
