Genau so sollte es sein
Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Bed Bugs!!!
What worked well: Idea Hotel San Siro Milano. Stayed for 6 nights. The outside structure and reception looks fine and attractive. The front office seem helpful enough, although limited in English language, but they tried to resolve issues. Housekeepers seem lovely, but they do not speak a word of English. The reception gets taxis for you, making it easy to commute. What did not work well: Experience was not a good one as I returned home with bed bugs bites all over my arms, neck and forehead. Never experienced a bed bug bite before, but my symptoms and the appearance tallies with bed bugs bites. On our first night we noticed the duvet in our kids room had an "embarassing" stain at the center of it, meaning it was not a fresh duvet and was not changed after the previous guests left. Although, it was changed immediately we notified the reception, this should never have happened in the first place. The landline phones are old and broken, did not work, not even to connect to the reception 😕 Moulds in the bathroom, but efforts were made daily by the housekeeping to clean the rooms daily. Beds were made up daily but no linens were changed. Maybe that's why the bed bugs thrived. We had clean towels daily, but the towels were too small in size and thin. The corridors are dirty with cobwebs at the corner of the doors. Daily hoovering is needed and maybe a complete carpet change, as it looks like a murder scene with stains here and there. No kettles, no teas and coffees, no iron or iron board provided 👎🏽 Breakfast is just basic, nothing exciting for hot meals, just bacon, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. By day 3, I was tired of eating the same things. Only one fridge worked in the rooms, the fridge in our other room didn't work. The inside of the fridge that worked looked dirty with build up of frost and rust. Safe does not work. Looks old and tattered. The safe in the other room that worked got stuck and won't open, had to get the front office to get someone to open it for us a day to checkout. Could have used this hotel again if no other hotel were available, but for the bed bugs... NEVER AGAIN!!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😞😞😞

Poor standards
We stayed at the hotel. It was way below the standards you would expect. They have gone to the texent of removing the kettle. And Tea / coffee from the times was never available. It would become a chargeable commodity. If you needed it. The corridor ls are dark and dinghy. The staff hassle no understanding of what is customer service. The location of the hotel is so far off from the city. And no transport connections. The bath rooms are about 15 years behind the time and requires modernisation. The break fast buffet is very limited. I personally wouldn’t stay in this hotel again…. There is no courtesy. From the staff or want to be helpful. I understand this is a budget hotel.. but there standards are in whole different level. If I need to be verified Iam happy to provide booking informations.

Hotel disastroso
Hotel disastroso, sconsigliato assolutamente!!! Wc sporchissimo, letto supplementare (=brandina) con doghe rotte, impossibile dormirci. Doccia senza tenda, che se ci può stare in un hotel di mare (con 40 gradi asciuga subito) non ci sta da nessun'altra parte. Prese non tutte funzionanti e interruttori non sigillati. Tv non funzionante. Camera con luce che non si spegne, alle 2 di notte richiediamo altra camera!!! Gentilissimo l'addetto alla reception che avevamo già visto al nostro piano, anche in altre stanze ci sono stati disguidi. Seconda camera che puzza di cemento e polvere. A questo punto mi chiedo se l'impianto elettrico e antincendio funzionerebbero; idem per l'aria condizionata... Garage: scendiamo nella rampa e scopriamo che il citofono per far aprire il cancello è in cima e a destra! Inoltre il pulsante d'allarme in garage ha il quadrante aperto e ha i cavi elettrici scoperti! Hotel in rifacimento, ma sembra che i lavori non vengano fatti in maniera ottimale (soprattutto quelli elettrici!!!), lavori che inoltre causano polvere e sporcizia ovunque, le signore delle pulizie fanno quel che possono, nel poco tempo che immagino abbiano a disposizione... Per onestà verso la clientela avrebbero dovuto chiudere un piano alla volta, non affittare più camere, fare bene e in ordine i lavori e pulire tutto alla perfezione prima di far soggiornare gli ospiti in queste stanze! Ripeto: HOTEL DISASTROSO, SCONSIGLIATO ASSOLUTAMENTE!!!
