The experience was perfect . From searching for the camper to planning the itinerary, I didn't have any issues. The app is very intuitive and clear, and there is support available to help if you have any questions—with options in multiple languages. I recommend it to everyone.

⭐ 1 STAR – Extremely disappointing experience with Imoova We booked our campervan relocation through Imoova, and our experience was extremely disappointing. We were travelling from Australia to New Zealand, and just 3 days before our trip, our booking fell apart. Our flights were already paid for and our entire holiday had been planned around having the motorhome. Despite having paid for the booking, we were left scrambling to find another vehicle at the last minute. Most motorhomes were already booked, so we had to find a JUCY campervan through Happy Travels instead. Because of this, we had to spend additional money on hotels, takeaway food, a different vehicle and changes to our ferry arrangements. We had also already arranged our ferry based on the original motorhome and had to cancel and rebook it. Happy Travels gave us $100 off the new ferry, which we appreciated, but the whole situation caused unnecessary stress and expense. The biggest issue was the lack of support and communication when we needed Imoova to help resolve the situation. We were travelling internationally in just three days and needed clear answers, but instead we were left trying to fix everything ourselves. We are still waiting for our full refund. This was supposed to be a family holiday, but the way this booking was handled caused us significant stress and unexpected costs. I would not recommend Imoova based on our experience. If you’re considering using Imoova, I strongly recommend keeping screenshots of your booking, payments and every communication, and making sure your vehicle is fully confirmed before committing to flights and other non-refundable travel arrangements. ⭐ 1/5 – Extremely disappointing. We would not use Imoova again.

Good concept which could improve to great with the benefit of experience using Imoova
First time Imoova user. What worked well: Great value for money Easy to book Good staff attitude once contacted Good response to feedback. Not so good: Communication - between supplier/Imoova and us created uncertainty the contract would happen. Slow responses/lack of staff picking up phone Mystery vehicle - an older small SUV, not ‘the best car in the yard’. Was not fit for purpose- very dangerous night driving on only 1 headlight working (low or high beam) and worn wiper blades. Shudder at ~95km/hour - maybe wheel balancing required? Inflexible contract - no ability to extend if required, even at normal daily rate. A constructive suggestion would be Imoova check in with individual suppliers and state if extensions are possible or not since plans can change whatever the reason. Overall: great value but could be fantastic with improvements to vehicle quality and communication

Indie campers changed the reservation…
Indie campers changed the reservation date after they sent the confirmation, while I had already made all reservations on many different platforms since they include cross-country travel. I sent this to imoova support to get full refund but nobody contacted me for more than 4 days. Lots of money on waste right now.
