I've been trying to contact the company…
I've been trying to contact the company for a week about an issue I've had with my order to no response at all. I wasnt happy with their sizing guide or quality. I bought boxers in an XL (the same size I always wear) there product was more like an L. If you've ever done a squat or used your legs for anything other than sitting their boxers ain't for you!

Jimmy Lion does not Roar
The order process was fine but then the troubles started. A long delay for a shipment tracking then 2 weeks more waiting for a delivery that never came. 2 more weeks then ensued after being offered a full refund. Now 3 weeks and not a word or sign of anything. Stay well away from this company.

Do not buy anything
Do not buy this; there is a huge difference in quality between the product shown in the image and the one that actually arrives. When we tried to return it, they demanded that we ship it to Spain and cover all customs fees just to avoid taking it back—they are scammers.

Catastrophique! On a bien reçu notre maillot de bain mais nous étions déçus du modèle. Nous prenons donc contact avec le service client pour le retour. 1ere déconvenue puisque c'est à nous de prendre en charge le retour (en Espagne en suivi colis), moyennant donc 15€. Et maintenant 2eme déconvenue, le colis est arrivé en Espagne dans l'entrepôt de la marque il y a 10 jours (d'après notre numéro de suivi) et plus aucune nouvelle du service client concernant notre remboursement! Quelle honte. Notre numéro de commande: SXM837153

Unexpected £57 import charge after…
Unexpected £57 import charge after ordering from the UK website I ordered £144 worth of goods from Jimmy Lion’s UK website, paying in GBP. At checkout, the order showed Taxes: £0.00 and there was no clear warning that I would have to pay a large additional charge before receiving my order. After receiving the shipping notification, I was told by Royal Mail that I had to pay £57 in import charges before the parcel could be delivered. This was a very unpleasant surprise, especially when ordering through what is presented as a UK online store. I understand that customs charges can sometimes apply, but this should have been made much clearer during the checkout process, particularly when customers are buying through a UK website and paying UK prices. I have chosen not to pay the extra charge and will have the parcel returned. I am now waiting to see how Jimmy Lion handles the refund process. A disappointing experience and something customers should be made aware of before purchasing.
