Dishonest Practices
On August 3rd, I ordered five dresses in different styles and sizes from Lady Pipa to wear to a wedding, with the intention to keep only one. I tried on the items as soon as I received them and promptly returned the other four dresses. While I was initially impressed with how quickly I received my order and the design of the dress I chose, it has been a FIASCO dealing with this company after returning the additional items I ordered to ensure I found the right style and size. I have had to contact Lady Pipa support more than 10 times to inquire why my refund was not processed in a timely manner after my return package was delivered back to them by DHL on August 13th. I tried chatting into customer service more than 3 times and never received an email response, despite their claims to reply to chats within a few hours. I then sent multiple emails before finally being told my return had been processed on August 18th. On August 24th, I had not received a refund and emailed again. A week later on August 31st, I still had NOT received the refund owed to me and sent an email threatening to contact my bank if the company did not properly refund me for the returned items. Only then was my refund processed, but with a discrepancy of $84.80 USD in the amount returned to me. I will not be purchasing from this brand again due to their dishonest practices and would not recommend them.

I have ordered multiple times
I have ordered multiple times. To be honest, as a thin woman but with curves, it is quite difficult to find something that fits well. If you are a skinny woman with small b**bs then go for it, I think the designs are pretty although overpriced for the quality. 4 stars go to the customer service, who allowed me to return something even if the return period has passed! Thanks again

Una experiencia absolutamente decepcionante…
Una experiencia absolutamente decepcionante con Lady Pipa Adquirí el 17 de julio de 2026 el modelo “Oceana”, en color verde 🍏, de la marca Lady Pipa, por un importe de 169,95 €, en un establecimiento de El Corte Inglés. El vestido estaba destinado a un evento que tenía lugar el 22 de agosto de 2026. Ese mismo día, durante el evento y siendo el primer uso del vestido, la tela comenzó a abrirse y a formar pequeños desgarros en la zona del abdomen. Lo más llamativo es que el problema aparecía única y exclusivamente en esa zona. No había ningún defecto similar en el resto del vestido: las costuras estaban completamente intactas, al igual que la zona de la espalda, pecho y demás partes de la prenda. Por ello, considero que difícilmente podía tratarse de un problema de tallaje o de que el vestido me quedase pequeño, ya que las costuras estaban impolutas y el deterioro se produjo directamente en la tela. Después del evento, acudí al establecimiento de El Corte Inglés donde había adquirido el vestido para buscar una solución. En el espacio de Lady Pipa, inicialmente la única solución que me ofrecían era cambiarlo por otro vestido exactamente igual. Después de insistir, finalmente accedieron a que pudiera escoger otro vestido por el mismo importe, 169,95 €. Como no había ningún otro modelo disponible que nos gustase ni que quisiéramos comprar, solicitamos la posibilidad de que nos hicieran un vale o tarjeta por el importe para poder utilizarlo posteriormente en otro vestido. También se negaron inicialmente a esta opción. La situación llegó al punto de que terminamos llevándonos otro vestido del mismo importe simplemente para poder solucionar la situación en ese momento, aunque no era un vestido que realmente quisiéramos. Además, en el nuevo ticket se indicó que únicamente podía cambiarse por otra talla y que no era válido para devolución, por lo que tuvimos que continuar reclamando y acudir a Atención al Cliente de El Corte Inglés. Finalmente, después de insistir nuevamente, Atención al Cliente de El Corte Inglés sí accedió a darnos una solución: una tarjeta abono por los 169,95 €, entregando el segundo vestido que habíamos cogido como sustitución. Lo que más me decepciona no es únicamente que un vestido de 169,95 €, utilizado por primera vez, presentase este problema durante el propio evento para el que había sido comprado, sino la cantidad de inconvenientes que tuve que pasar para conseguir una solución razonable. Compré un vestido nuevo, lo estrené el día de un evento y la tela comenzó a deteriorarse durante ese mismo uso. Esperaba, como mínimo, una calidad acorde al precio del producto y una atención al cliente adecuada ante un posible defecto de fabricación o de calidad del tejido. Comparto mi experiencia porque creo que otros clientes tienen derecho a saber lo ocurrido antes de comprar este modelo o cualquier otro vestido de la marca. Por mi parte, después de esta experiencia, no volvería a comprar Lady Pipa.
