Don’t BUY, it’s a scam!!
I purchased 6 purses from Lavawa on November 26, 2023. I only received 2 purses. I contacted them in regards to my uncompleted order. They responded back and told me that I would receive them on December 21st. My email also included tracking numbers which were fake. I have been emailing them to give me a refund and they do not respond. Just refund my money!!! Don’t buy from them. They just take your money, it’s a scam.

Bogus return policy
Their return policy is false information. They instead try to haggle and give you money off so you won’t return the bags. I c&p one of their emails below. Eventually I was told to ship them to china if I want to return. That would cost more than the purses. Dear, due to the lighting problem of the product photograph, can be a little color difference, but two bag not affect the use. We will refund you 20% of the total price of this order, can you keep the bag and continue to use it?

Refund fraud!
I bought a purse from them and wanted to return it. Their site says you can return the prodoct within 30 days for a refund. They approved the return and gave me an address in China to return to. I went down to send the package off only to find out that it would be $200 to ship! This is complete fraud! They know full well that no one will pay this return shipping fee and lose money! I contacted them again for resolution and they offered me $5 refund (I spent $85) and told me to keep the purse. WHAT?? Do not buy anything from them and support this type of fraud.
