Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! I first contacted them on Instagram before purchasing, and they were so quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and helpful. I then placed my order online and chose to pick it up in store, and the whole experience was honestly exceptional. When I arrived at the store, they already knew I was coming to collect my order. They knew my name, my order, and were so welcoming from the moment I walked in. They even helped me try on another jacket, which was such a lovely touch. The whole environment was so warm, welcoming and friendly. To be completely honest, I’ve never had an experience like this at any luxury store before. The communication was excellent on every platform, and the customer service was genuinely outstanding. I ordered the jacket online, but it actually looked even better in reality! I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase and the entire experience. From Instagram, to ordering online, to collecting in store — everything was perfect. Highly recommend! ❤️

The best quality
I’ve been eyeing the anouska coat for quite some time and then found out she was having a pop up in NYC and pulled the trigger and bought it. I get SO MANY compliments on this beautiful coat. I recently bought another leather coat from her brand that I can’t wait to wear in the fall. And now I’m eyeing the Becky jacket with the matching shorts 👀. The quality of her brand is amazing and pieces that I will pass down to my future children which is super important to me.

Great jackets!
I already have 2 jackets from L.cuppini and I really enjoy them, the first one (Daria) is 2 years old and looks the same as when I bought it. The leather is great and I can't recommend this jacket enough. The second one, Mindy, I just got so I can't speak about quality, but the design is beautiful and can't wait for autumn to wear it. And for sizing, they are TTS.

I recently bought the Luna linen shorts and Ada Linen top and they are both absolutely gorgeously, beautifully made and a really flattering fit. The in-store experience is also so lovely, the girls who work there are super friendly and helpful!
